| Tid: En onsdag aften, næsten nat, tilbage i sommeren 1991. Sted: Et mere afsides hjørne af haven. Omgivelser: Kun få andre, der alle er på vej hjemaf, grundet tiden. Vejr: Skyfrit, lunt og vindstille. Outfit: Tøj og hår@Lonán_______________________________________________ He had no idea what had happened, where he was, or how he'd ended up here. The last thing Arí really remembered, before waking up like this, had been how he was kidnapped from Denmark. He had vague flashes of experiments, horrible things, but he wasn't sure if they were just figments of his imagination or something more sinister and real. He wasn't in his own body anymore, though, that much was for certain. Everything felt different - this body was taller, had a bit more muscle mass than his scrawny self had had, and most importantly... No matter how much he tried, he couldn't manifest his wings, so he was pretty sure he wasn't even an angel anymore, not even a fallen one like he'd been when he got kidnapped. And as he had looked around, he quickly discovered that he wasn't back in Denmark, either. If he had to guess based on everything he saw, he'd guess he was somewhere in England, but he had no idea where. The only thing that was as it had used to be, were the voices in his head. His friends. They were still there... Although, with a new addition, too. *What... What's going on? Why can't I do anything?* the voice sounded insecure and a little bit scared, and Arí furrowed his brows. "... Who're you?" he asked, as though this voice was an actual person standing right in front of him. *I... I'm Elvar. I... This body, it's... It was... Mine, what happened? Why are you controlling it, now?? Was this what Rayna did? Did she kidnap you, too?* "Was that her name? That creepy fairy thing?" *Yea, that's her... Crap. Well, guess I'm not dead, at least...* Elvar 'sighed' in Arí's mind, and Arí simply shrugged. "And you won't be alone," he then said, as the other voices concurred, and began introducing themselves to Elvar, one by one, as he got included in the bunch of voices... though he was maybe less of a voice and more a fragment of a soul? Whatever. This shit was weird. Arí had slowly begun getting the hang of this body, though, and was slowly walking around the garden, trying to just push back all of the weird shit and instead focus on the beautiful flowers and plants all over the garden. |

| Looks + OutfitLonán didn’t even know how to handle himself at the moment. Afte Elvar things had all been kind of pushed together into one big lump of memories. He hardly remembered how he had ended up i Gaia. Maybe his subconscious was trying to tell him something, but he had a bottle of strong liquor in one hand and the other simply was placed in the pocket of his jacket. The liquor burned in his mouth and down his throat, but it was the only thing killing the pain at the moment. As he turned a corner he didn’t even know where he had ended up in this strange town, but this place looked peaceful enough. But that’s when his heart skipped a beat as he recognized that flame red hair in the darkness. It was almost as a moth to a flame that he came near the guy sitting on the bench. ”Elvar?” Lonán said a bit of muttering in his voice. Was he really so drunk that he started hallucinating? He hadn’t taken any drugs, but he felt completely out of it. |

| But just then, suddenly, there was a voice, and Arí turned his head to look at the newcomer. He almost instantly had to put a hand to his forehead though, with Elvar screaming inside his mind. *LONÁN! IT REALLY IS YOU, OH GOD HOW I'VE MISSED YOU!!!* "Please, Elvar, quiet down," Arí muttered, getting a small, *Oh... Right. He can't even hear me, can he? It's only you and the others that can...* in return, as Elvar 'muttered' in Arí's head, to which he nodded, before he looked up at the other guy. "I... Guess this used to be him, yes?" he didn't know what else to say about it, as Arí himself had never seen this guy before. |

| Lonán stumbled a bit drunk over to who he believed was his former lover. He grabbed him and pulled him into his arms. ”Elvar,” Lonán muttered but as he heard the words come from the mans lips he pulled himself away. ”Used to? Elvar don’t give me that shit,” said Lonán, clearly intoxicated. He felt himself getting nervous. Not because he was afraid, but because something seemed off. His gaze almost looked through the man in front of him as he stood there. He couldn’t see the eyes that Lonán had fell in love with, in sted the eyes looked at him in confusion. He let the guy go and took a step back. Maybe he was too drunk to even know the difference of faces anymore. ”Sorry,” he muttered and took another mouthfull of the strong liquor. |

| Arí blinked a bit, looking at the guy as he stumbled over, but unlike many others might do when a stranger hugged you, he didn't stiffen or anything. maybe because his concept of personal space was already pretty non-existent and he could hug strangers out of the blue, too? Anyway, he furrowed his brows and tilted his head slightly to one side when the guy - Lonán, according to Elvar? talked again and tried to call bullshit on him.
Of course it wasn't bullshit that he didn't know him - the new voice obviously did, but Arí himself? Nope. Hadn't seen him even once in the 800 or so years he'd lived in so far. He scratched the back of his neck, watching the guy take another sip of his liquor. "Uhm, well, Elvar does say he knows you, souhm, I guess you're not entirely wrong? He's, uhm, still in here," he pointed to his skull, "... But he's not quite, uhm... In control, I guess." |

| As the man who Lonán only knew as Elvar looked at him in confusion, he felt a bit of his heart break. They hadn’t ended their relationship on bad terms or anything, yet he still cared for the guy. Elvar had been there when noone else was. He took a slight step back and looked Elvar up and down as the guy opened his mouth. Elvar could hear him? But was not in control? Lonán took a quick look at the liquor and shook his head. His face full of confusion and hurt.
”You know what, fuck it right?” Lonán said opening his arms out to the sides as he looked at the guy he had fallen in love with once. He didn’t gesture for a hug, rather it was a sign of giving up. He had noone left, so why would he keep on trying to keep on? He let out a sigh as he stumbled back into one of the benches. He sat there for a second taking one more sip of the alcohol. He sighed, because he hated the taste. It was almost like a taste of regret and what could have been. ”So Elvar can hear me, but I can’t hear him?” Lonán asked, more as a mumble to himself.

| Ari felt rather sorry for this guy. He'd obviously had a thing going with Elvar, and now, because Arí was there, they couldn't pick up where they left. Not that it was Arí's own fault, obviously not, as he'd rather just have stayed in his own body, stayed a fallen angel. But life never worked out quite the way you planned it to, and he could testify to that, with all he'd been through so far in his over 800 years of being on this earth.
He sighed, and scratched his neck, a little awkwardly, muttering a bit to some of his voices in his mother tongue, Old Norse, until the witch spoke again. "... That's right, yea. Idunno how it works, but I guess we're two souls in the same body now, or something? And for some reason I'm the one in charge?" he said, and shrugged. "I... I wish I could help you, man, that I could let Elvar take the driver's seat so to speak, but uhm, I don't think I can, at leastI don't know how to..." |

| Lonán couldn’t quite grasp what was going on, but he understood that Elvar wasn't there. It was his body, that he knew, but the guy speaking had different mannerisms, a different way of looking at him and a very weird accent. He couldn't put a finger on the words that Are whispered to himself, but did it matter? He had lost Elvar and even though he wasn't his mate, they still had a strong bond. They had been lovers, but more importantly they had been very dear friends. Even when love got complicated they still kept in contact, or that was until he disappeared. He sighed shaking the now empty liquor bottle in his hand and placed it on the bench beside him.
"I'm sorry," Lonán muttered feeling guilty for hugging Arí and calling him a name he did not recognize. He bit his lip as he pushed his fingers through his hair. Maybe he should just go back to Ireland, but then again that's not where he felt he belonged. In Gaia he could play music on the corner and get by, but in Ireland his parents would not support that lifestyle. He pushed his head back looking again at the stars above them. "So, what's your name, not-Elvar?" he said with a sad smile as he didn't dare look in the eyes of his former friend. |

| To be honest, Arí really didn't blame the other guy if he didn't quite get what was going on,because Arí barely knew it himself, other than he'd just woken up in this body, out here. He'd only been here a few hours before this guy - Lonán - had stumbled into him... Them... Whatever. Everything was so fucking confusing, even more than when he'd died and woken up an angel, or when he'd fallen, or... Yeah. It was just all too much!
"Eh, no matter, it's as confusing to me as it is to you, probably," Arí muttered, and shrugged. Besides, personal boundaries wasn't something he'd had for a very, very long time, so strangers hugging him weren't a big deal. "Oh, my name's Arí. Rafnkelsson if you want my surname, but I don't blame you if you find it too difficult to pronounce. Most people outside of Iceland give up, anyway." |

| Lonán shrugged as he tried to keep his eyes open. He had a lot more alcohol in his bloodstream than he would like to admit. As he muttered it didn't make sense he moved his dark brown eyes toward the banshee. It was a weird sensation of looking at someone you recognized so well, but now was a different person. He realized that he would never be able to talk with Elvar and looked away as to not cry. Damn. Tears were not welcome and he held them in. Instead he tried to focus on the name that the red haired guy now said.
"Raf-nicholson?" Lonán said with a confused face. He laughed a bit as he put a hand trough his hair and then dared to look at the guy who called himself Arí. "My name doesn't roll of the tongue either, unless you got an Irish accent; Lonán Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin," he said and put a hand to his eye. How much did he have to drink again? He sighed as he felt his body getting tired. |

| Arí could clearly see how much the guy had been drinking by now. Guy could barely keephis eyes open, after all, and he swayed almost dangerously from side to side, just standing. Compassion welled up in him, courtesy of Elvar, and he sighed. He'd better make sure this guy didn't just fall asleep on the bench to cast a nasty cold or something, he guessed...
"... Almost." really, it was far, from, but Arí humored him, and a crooked smile appeared on his lips when he heard Lonán's full name. Well, at least neither of them were alone in having an unusual name to most other people. "Yea, I can hear that..." he chuckled, and ran a hand through his hair. "Uhm... Do you maybe need help getting home? You're sort of... Swaying a little and stuff." |

| Lonán nodded but his head bounced back and made him dizzy. His hand grazed his forehead as he felt the nod a bit more eager than usual. As Arí said almost he laughed as he could see on his face that it was very far from whatever he had said. On a pair of slightly shaking legs he got up and threw the empty bottle in a trashcan next to the bench. He waddled over and stood in front of this strange red haired banshee.
"Swaying? Then you should see me play bass - then I'm all over," Lonán laughed as he tried to keep his balance steady. However he knew that Arí was right, and he might need some help getting home afterall. "And I don't think you following me home would be a good idea," he sad with a slight sad smile. Not that he didn't want his help, but his place was a mess at the minute. |

| Arí's eyes followed how the other guy obviously got dizzy, like, that was the easiest explanation for shortly putting his hand to his forehead while he was still swaying like that, right? At least that's the conclusion he came to, furrowing his brows and standing up again, right before the guy came closer and stopped right in front of him.
"Well, music's a different thing in general, yea... When you really feel it, it's like it's just... Takin' over your body, ya know? Filling every pore of your and it's just so amazing!" of course, it was very obvious that Arí deeply cared for music, he had ever since... Well, ever since he'd had his first lover, way back in Iceland. That fairy... He'd really been something. "Well... Maybe not, but is it a better idea that you go out cold somewhere and wake up sick tomorrow?" he countered Lonán's argument, then, shrugging a bit. "Just accept help when it's offered to you, man..." |

| Lonán nodded at his way of talking about music. It actually put a genuine smile on the witch's face as he could see himself in those words. When he played music it was like being in a different world, and just giving in to it could make him feel almost euphoric. He sighed at Arí again insisted on taking him home. Lonán had never been the type to accept help or friendliness - he had always been doing stuff on his own. The perks of being an only child, he guessed.
"Ok, you can help me home, but you can't come in - Deal?" Lonán said as he pulled himself together a bit and started walking. After walking for a bit in silence Lonán felt like he had to break the ice again. "So, you like music too?" he asked smiling to himself. |

| Arí really liked finally seeing a smile on the guy's face - he loved getting people to smile, like, so much! It was just so nice to be able to cheer people up. Even though most thought he was weird, well, he did meet a few people once in a while that actually liked him, so he guessed all was well.
"Yea, that's fine, I just don't, well, I don't want stuff to happen to you I guess?" that it right now, mostly was because Elvar would probably be mad at him if anything happened, was an entirely different thing. Of course, he began walking with him. "Yeah. Have for... Centuries. Idunno how long, exactly.... But probably... 700 years, or something?" |

| Lonán laughed a bit at Arí's worlds, because a lot of stuff had happened to him already. He had found and lost Elvar in the same breath, so his body would have a clear reaction later. And that reaction was not one he wanted this stranger to see, not at all. As he put one foot in front of the other he asked Arí about his music and he was quite surprised by the fact that he had liked it for so long. A lot of years for one looking so young, but then again this world was full of surprises.
"I can't say I've lived that long, but music has always been a part of my life - growing up my father loved to play The Beatles on our small record player," said Lonán as they walked. |

| Arí just kept on walking right next to Lonán, looking around a little curiously, as he, obviously had never been in this city before. So he sorta had to figure out what the hell he'd do next here, not that he minded sleeping outside, but it was just... Not all that nice to do that. He'd much rather have a place with a roof over his head to sleep in. But who didn't?
"Sounds nice. Is that the kind of music you like? or is there something you like better? personally I really like rock." music seemed like a rather safe topic to speak about with this guy after all, so why not just keep at it? Lonán seemed to like talking about it, after all. |

| ”I like all kinds of music, really … Grew up with the classics of rock and roll, but I like some of the new stuff as well,” he mumbled as they walked through the street. He didn’t like this feeling in his gut right now. He felt like he had to be alone, maybe grieve a bit – he had just technically lost his most trusted friend. Silently he let out a sigh and placed his thumb and indexfinger on the bridge of his nose. ”I just like playing whatever sounds good I guess,” he said with a slightly raspy voice. He could feel his emotions having a fight inside him. Before long they had reached his apartment complex, beaten down by the weather and times. Shortly he fumbled with the keys as he opened the entrace and looked shortly at Arí. If it had been Elvar he would have invited him in, but it wasn’t. Instead it was a stranger in front of him. A slight smile came upon his lips as he leaned against the door frame. ”I think I need some time to figure all this out, but I could imagine seeing you again – maybe less drunk next time,” he said with a bit of slur in his voice. The alcohol was still strongly pulsing through his bloodstreams and he new he had to go to bed to sleep out this ruse. ”If you ever wanna jam, I play down at the plaza every other day or so, just to scrap some money together,” he said as he nodded goodnight. He closed the door after him leaving Arí outside. He couldn’t handle himself right now, and he felt like he had to throw up. Then he ascended the stairs to end this night. //Out// |
