It wasn't because she never had time off from work. Hope didn't believe in breaks and it was only when her Queen insisted that Hope took time off, that she actually did it. Tonight was one of those nights. Hope still awaited that they would return home but till Catarina said it was time, she would have to wait. She didn't expect it to be this hard to stay in Gaia. Her feelings was rolling in like a tornado preparing to bring trouble. It had almost been better when she had forgotten that she loved him. He had years to get over her death, but she just got her memories back - making her remember being with him as no time really had past her. For the first time in over a hundred year her humanity shined through her demon skin, and there was nothing but hurt followed by that. It reminded her of why she was cold, why she was distant. Hope walked up to the bar and ordered a round of tequila shots, and it didn't take long for her to down the first four. She leaned back, placing her elbows on the bardisk as she looked out at the people dancing around. Girls having their 'girls night out' parties.. The people that only went out to get a little something and then the heartbroken ones. It wasn't because she was rejected or anything, but she didn't feel like she could burden Alexander with her so called feelings when he had so much to look at right now. She wrapped her hand around the weddingring still hanging around her neck as a reminder that love was real. It was painful and beautiful a tornado of emotions that she in the end wouldn't change for anything else. Her eyes landed on an angel. Unlike most demons, Hope wasn't born into this skin and therefor she didn't share the hate most demons had towards angels. She gave a nod to the guy with a hint of a smile, she saw that look. Eyes of something having lost the love of their lives was a look she couldn't really forget. She had seen that look to many times. "Come and join me for a drink, She yelled a little over the loud music, hoping he could hear it.
