Joy had been quite busy with work, and helping her half sisters friends. But now she was finally landed in Gaia again, and it was time to catch up with her family. She was excited about it. It was a while since she have had the time, so catching up with people from this time was well deserved. Joy however walked into the Late night bar. Just for a few drinks, a beer or whatever her heart would end up desire. The addiction to whatever could lift her mood was always a tricky game, but how she enjoyed it.
Joy placed her hand on the handle, before giving the pushdoor a light push so it opened. She took a deep breath in, letting the smell of alcohol and other substances give her a little pick up. Joy took her jacket off and hang it with the other peoples jackets. Then she moved towards the bar, but a set of eyes stopped her. Slightly she turned her head over to the side, and her eyes met with his. Her heart skipped a beat for a second. The trybrid was usually quite confident and bold by nature - not that he changed that. He just had a way of making her to against her own morals time to time. Despite knowing that, she also knew - that she couldn't ignore him. So she walked over next to him, and looked at the bartender.
"Eeeey Jeremy. Whiskey on the rocks please," she gave the bartender a little smile before she once again looked at Nash. "Fancy seeing you here Nash," she avowed and breathed out, as she put her elbow at the disk to support her leaning against the bar.

The sound of a familiar voice, clearly a voice he could recognize made him turn his head. His gaze met hers, and he studied her briefly before looking at the bartender who came to them with their drinks. A low laugh came from him, only because he hadn't expected her to show up at the bar here. Now that she was standing next to him, and as always, he couldn't help but look at her "Just like you Joy" he said and winked at her. The sound of the glasses being put on the table made him grasp the glass and turned a little towards her, reaching for her "Cheers for the long wait" he said, waiting for her ready to toast with him, if she wanted to bowl with him, otherwise he would probably pour the drink down. It wouldn't be a problem for him at all, it was particularly interesting that she had also chosen a whiskey like him. The smile grew a little, and he tilted his head as he heard the bartender walk away from them. It didn't surprise many people that Nash could be in here, or something like that here and there "The evening became much more interesting, thank you Joy" it sounded from him, and couldn't help but laugh a bit, though he didn't mean it hurt , and not cold either.

He had always liked her company, he had always liked to be with her, incredible that she had endured all his troubles and chaos, it was impressive. While waiting, he couldn't help hearing people talk, and danced, and he could also hear people whispering. But he kept his focus and eyes on her.

"I know right, I'm like a sight for sore eyes," she laughed a little to herself. Joy grabbed her glass as it was put on the table. For once she had no idea what the matter of this meeting would mean to her in the future. However, she enjoyed it.

"Cheers," she smiled and toasted with him. It wasn't a surprise finding him here, she was more surprised she hadn't thought about it before entering. There was always something about their meetings. Joy had always had a soft spot for Nash in a weird way, and she new it was dangerous. Every nerve in her system was telling her it was a bad idea, that she should just walk away. But she stayed. Joy poured down the strong liqueur.
"Anytime. You should just have called. It shouldn't surprise you that I'm always up for a good time," she put the glass down on the table and turned her chocolate colored eyes to him.[/color]

When they got the toast and he got a lot of the glass, he pushed it across the table to the bartender who had been standing and looking at them for a while. He crossed his arms and briefly enjoyed the taste of the good whiskey, it tasted really good. Then he could hear the bartender start whispering a little about him, some words that sounded like he might have seen someone like Nash before. He had no twin of what he knew, so the bartender had probably seen visions. Then he turned his head so he looked at Joy and he reached out a hand to her, letting two fingers stroke some of her hairs "Indeed you are, people must be blind if they can't see it" he said honestly and did not remove his gaze from her.

With a little of her hair between two of his fingers he let his gaze slide down over her, she looked good as always, but she probably knew it too. He looked up at her again and looked at her again "I should have both called and showed up at your house" he said with a smile on his lips. He tilted his head, and without looking to one side he lifted his free hand and gave the bartender a signal that he should come to them. Nash didn't have to look at him, because with a beautiful woman like Joy in front of him, it was clear he would rather look at her

"Then it's good that tonight is all about good times and fun," he said, letting his two fingers play with her hair a little before letting go and turning slightly on the chair so he sat as he did before "Since it's so long ago, what have you been going for, ”he asked at the very moment the bartender approached them. Nash kept his eyes on Joy "You have to wait, I have a conversation going on here" he said a little cold and neutral.

People whispered. She couldn't care less about what people thought. Joy had heard plenty of peoples issues and problems in her life, she was almost sure she had heard a bit of everything. He let two fingers gently play with her hair, and Joy took inhaled trying to contain her heartbeat. It was insane how he could almost wrap her around his little finger, maybe it was just the way he looked at her - it wasn't like he looked at everyone else.
"You should have," she agreed, but they both know he couldn't have. Joy didn't live in the city anymore. Sometimes, but it was often hard to find her till she showed up again. She had his attention, and he had hers. It was simple as that. But there was really nothing simple about neither of them.

His comment made her laugh a little to herself. 
"Good, but I didn't expect anything less from you," she admitted with a teasing half smirk on her lips. It had been ages since they last spoke. Nash let go off her hair and her heart skipped a beat. Joy chuckled a little as he told the bartender to let her talk before he ordered anything else.
"Well, I have been travelling around the world. But I might stick around here for a little while," she confirmed with a warm smile.  "What about you? What have you been up to?"

In short, he turned his head toward the bartender who seemed impatient, which Nash could not understand at all because he did not say that women should always be allowed to speak out and not interrupt. Maybe it was not about all women, now he was sitting here with Joy, his ex-boyfriend, so maybe it was different "Then I must first find out where you live her, otherwise I can not come to visit you" he said With a small smile on his face, he turned his head toward her, letting the bartender become a little more out of date only on purpose. Looked at her a little more, because after so long without ever seeing each other, she actually resembled himself in his eyes.

That she teased him did nothing, he could stand it, and he thought as he felt a hand on his shoulder. He just sent Joy a smile before making eye contact with the bartender, grabbing hold of his collar and pulling him in"You're pretty impatient," he said, tilting his head, then tightening his grip on the collar. After a while, he let go when he saw two glasses of whiskey put on the table "We thank you very much for your colleague's patience" he said and sent the bartender a cold look before leaning back in the chair "It sounds interesting "And as a good idea," he replied as he turned his head so he looked at her. He gently pushed the glass over to her as he let his fingers slide over the edge of his own glass "I hope you are having a little more drink before I take you out on the dance floor" he said and winked at her.

Then he lifted the glass up to his mouth, and drank a little before putting it down again. Her question made him think a little, how should he just start "I've done a little bit of work here and there, keeping track of the clan and otherwise the usual criminal tasks and training" he answered and then thought again if was actually was more. It sure was there but he didn't know how much she wanted to know and how much to tell.

"That you must," she chuckled lightly. It was rare that Joy ever settled down somewhere, she had always been quite mysterious like that. Suddenly appearing and then gone for serval years without any trace.  It didn't surprise her, when Nash grabbed the bartender by the collar and pulled him in. Joy knew about her own more violent impulses that followed with her own demonic side. However, one of the colleagues was fast at placing the orders on the table.
Joy turned her eyes back at Nash, as he pushed the glass gently over to her. She picked it up, but didn't take her eyes of her former love.
"Of course you do," she gave him a little smirk. It didn't take long for Joy to be effected by alcohol or other things. It was like even happiness at times could make her high, it was a special ability she had.  There was a reason why she was called Joy and not by her birthname. She wasn't even sure if anyone remembered her birthname. Joy took a mouthful of the strong liquor and licked her lips shortly after. She patiently waited for his reply, letting him rethink his actions since they last had met. Joy's life was never boring, but it was very little she could share of it - since telling to much could have a huge chain reaction.  
"That actually doesn't surprise me," a little giggle left her before she emptied her glass. Already feeling the overwhelming joy in her system. It took little effort for her to make people around her feel good, it was like she radiated intense euphoria.

He drank his glass of whiskey on the table in front of him, so there was nothing left. He looked at the glass a little, thinking a little about whether he should ask for another drink. Then he turned his head towards Joy, walked away from the bar a little. Turned around to look at the people in here. As the music began to get a little better, he looked over his shoulder at her. He took a step closer to her, then reached out to her "Time to enjoy the evening with a dance" he said with a wry smile.

It was certain that he would visit her, how else could he. Furthermore, her company was something he enjoyed and liked so it didn't hurt to take a stroll past her at one point. He could also always make a nice entrance without her noticing and in this way surprise her "I will try to avoid stepping you over your toes" he said honestly, and winked at her. With his hand reaching out to her, he was waiting alone for her to receive it.

Yes elegant, and almost like a gentleman's he might well be, though it wasn't often that happened. Few people and couples had started dancing on the floor, and now the trip had come to Nash and Joy, he had definitely intended that this evening be remembered. In addition, "I will be disappointed if you say no," he said, and tilted his head with his other hand buried in his trouser pocket. His eyes did not turn away from her, why should he look at anyone other than her, she was clearly the most beautiful in his eyes.
