| "Hmm. Alright. I trust that the signs wont lead us astray," he said with a small tease, kissing her hair as he just enjoyed having her close. At first he wasnt really paying attention to their surroundings, but as they walked he started to become more aware of it, looking around and listening. He grabbed the bottle as she offered it to him and only took a small sip, just to get some wetness in his mouth. He didnt feel dry, but it was nice either way. It didnt taste like anything at all, which he appreaciated. He gave her back the water bottle as they kept walking. The silence was broken by her words and he looked a bit down as he smiled. "No, it didnt scare me that much. I was more worried than scared," he admitted as he looked at her. He looked ahead again and sighed deeply. "I worried that it would have been pointless, that nothing would have changed. But a lot have changed already, so I was really worrying for nothing," he said as he smiled a bit. He enjoyed the silence as well, as they got to hear the early life of nature moving around. He hadnt really ever cared much for nature, but this was a nice change, to actually just walk and listen to the surroundings. Her question made him turn his head from the way forward to her as he tilted his head a bit at the shyness of her smile. Her question made him look ahead as he exhaled quietly, "Ehh. It's alright. I already know a lot from the time I was here when I wasnt with you in hell," he then said as he gave her hand a gentle squeeze, "But I dont think I would have stayed there if we hadnt found our way back to each other," he then explained as he frowned a bit. "I kinda feel like I only want to learn new things so I can keep up with you, so... If you werent there, there wouldnt have been a point," he said truthfully with a bittersweet smile. He looked up at a sign guiding them to the left as he felt the winds get gradually harsher, the more they walked. "I am however quite tired of all the girls, how they think that I would like to talk to them," he then said as he shook his head and chuckled a bit to himself. "Makes me feel like I'm a piece of meat on some market," he then said. It hadnt really bothered him before all this, but now when he had promised his everything to Dinah, he had come to notice their attempts and it bothered him like nothing else. He moved his eyes around as they walked and stopped as he frowned a bit surprised. He pulled Dinah closer as he moved his mouth carefully up to her ear. "Look. It's a mommy bear and it's cub," he said in a low tone as he watched the two animals cross the road. He narrowed his eyes and held Dinah close. A roar in the distance made him step a bit back as another bear appeared. Eaden frowned a bit, "That must be daddy bear," he whispered in a worried as the bear approached the two others. The mom bear turned to him as she pushed herself onto her back feet lifting her paws as a warning. "I think we should find a way around this," he whispered to Dinah, not sure what would happen if they stayed for too long. He could use his manipulation, but he felt like it would ruin the calm they were trying to keep. |

| ”I gues I was worried as well,” she said with a faint smile on her lips. She looked to the moon and saw it was in it’s first quarter of it’s monthly phase. She took a deep breath as she thought about the last month or so. ”I guess you’re right, but I guess part of me likes to stay optismistic,” she said with a small chuckle. She had been worried, worried that this would have torn them apart, and she would have sacrificed part of her heart and soul just to feel empty. Moving on to the topic of the academy, she couldn’t help but feel a little jealous. He had had so much time to adjust to this place called Earth, while she was still a newcomer. She had enjoyed learning more at the academy, because information had been rather limited in hell. Sure, Eaden had told her about the world and so had Cobbs, but both males had different views on the world. It made sense that he only wanted to be there to keep up with her, but wasn’t that annoying as well? She didn’t want to force him to stay if he wanted to do something else with his time. Moving with him as they turned she felt the wind in her face. She let go of his hand briefly to gather her hair in a ponytail in the back. He suddenly spoke of the girls that wanted to get into contact with him and she frowned a bit at his words. Before he always seemed to enjoy their company, so hearing this surprised her a bit. ”I’m sorry that you feel that way – but I guess it’s been the same with me and those guys from my classes,” she said shaking her head. She had not expressed anything to them, nor given any signs, yet they persisted. ”Some guys just have a death wish, I guess,” she said jokingly and chuckled to herself.
As he stopped, she felt him pull her closer and she looked to the bears he spoke off. She couldn’t hide her excitement as she had seen so few animals in her lifetime. She had heard of big gatherings of animals, living in inclosures and being taken care of by humans to a certain degree. It had a funny name that she couldn’t remember right now. She could feel Eaden tense up, pulling her closer and she heard the sound of a roaring bear not far from them. Her eyes widened as she watched the male bear go to it’s family. By nature, angels weren’t a threat, but demons were a predator to those animals. She kissed him gently on the chin, knowing he wouldn’t take his eyes off of the animals. ”Just stay back, okay, I got this,” she said with a sweet smile on her lips. She moved out of his embrace, even if he hesitated to let her go she would either way. Walking slowly and calmly to the bears, she held out her hand to the mother bear. The bear landed on her front feet with a loud thump and she stumbled a bit back at the force. The father bear made a loud roar, showing of it’s teeth, yet it didn’t move closer, only looking to Eaden from time to time. Dinah couldn’t communicate with the animals, but all animalsk new death. Death was a companion to all living, and their instincts could sense her nature. ”Move along now, your time is far from yet,” she said in a low and calming voice. The cub decided to mimic it’s parents and let out the cutest roar that Dinah had ever heard. She nodded at the animals, gesturing with her hands and waited until they passed. She looked back to Eaden with a half smile.
”Come on slow poke, we need to move faster now – I’ll race you,” she said, her smile widening as she got a childish look in her eyes. She darted off, following the signs, but it was easy, as it mostly went straight ahead. She ran as fast as she could and felt a little tempted to fold out her wings, but that would be cheating.

| "They sure do," he added to her words, though he was quite serious about his words. He would definitely be more prone to keep whichever guy that approached her in a way other than friendly. He knew that he would also start turning down the girls right away, which would probably deem him the biggest dickhead in school, but he had Dinah, he didnt need a slither of their attention. He was a bit surprised as she told him to stay back as he felt a need to protect her from them. The mama bear definitely didnt seem happy to see the father bear approach them and he realized that they were grizzly bears fairly quickly. "Dinah, careful please," he begged as he caught the father bear's gaze, he frowned deeply as he straightened his back. Surely he could never fight with a bear as it was a born predator in a universal form, while Eaden had only hunted anything human or close. He watched Dinah with worried eyes as she made them move away, moving towards her slowly. He did find it hot that she was so dominant with these powerful creatures, as they could probably kill her in one hit with their clawed paws. He made a confused expression at her words and gasped as she started running. It took him a while to catch on and he was quickly running after her. He looked at the signs, thankful that they were just arrows, as text would have confused him without his glasses. He was quite fast but not as fast as he could be with his exhaustion still lingering in him. Eventually he caught up to her, placing a hand loosely on her shoulder as he stuck out his tongue at her, running past her before he took the lead. He slowed a bit down so he wouldnt just run from her but it would still make her work for it if she wanted to catch him. "Are you just going to let me win?" he yelled back at her with a teasing smile. |

| Dinah knew she had to be careful. No animal that size was safe to be too close to, especially a wild animal like these. However, she didn’t need to do much to make the bears move along. She heard Eaden come closer from behind, but kept her eyes on the big male bear. It clearly didn’t like her brother, but she wasn’t going to let her guard down until the bears were at a good distance from them. She turned around to him before darting off. A laugh escaping her lips as she ran, throwing her head back as she felt the air around her. She felt his hand on her shoulder and looked at him sticking out his tongue, making an offended expression as he moved ahead of her. She gritted her teeth, feeling herself getting a bit competitive. ”Not a chance,” she yelled to him, a grin on her face as she pushed herself to run faster. She caught up to him, but she couldn’t keep this speed for long. Instead, she thought of something easier, jumping on his back, her being light as a feather as she wrapped her arms around him and hid her face in his dark hair. Her breath was still catching up to her movements, but she held on tight on him. ”I guess this is cheating as well, but it’s not fair when you are so fast,” she chuckled breathily against his hair. She jumped off him again, standing on her feet that were shaking a bit from the adrenaline. She looked to a sign, saying that they were about halfway. They had apparently run rather fast, but it made sense, seeing as her heart was pounding in her chest. ”Give me a second,” she begged with a smile, moving her back backwards, opening up her lungs as she tried getting control over her breathing. Her cheeks had gotten a bit of color from the wind and the running, small beads of sweat gathering on her forehead. Having stood for a while, getting her breath under control, she grabbed the water once more and took a mouthful before she moved back to Eaden. ”You are always about pushing me,” she chuckled and shook her head. |

| He grinned at her reply and noticed her getting closer with his hearing. He was considering whether to speed up or not, but he felt that if he did that, he would end up tiring himself too much. He gasped in surprise as she jumped onto his back, grabbing her thighs instictively so she wouldnt just glide off him. He kept running with her on his back, letting out breathy pants for air as he laughed at her words, shaking his head. "I think it's completely fair," he argued and had his eyes on the road. He stopped as she wanted off and stopped as he looked at her, placing a hand over his chest as he quickly made his heart calm down. He nodded at her beg and smiled at her as she tried to control her breathing. This had been a fun change to their hike, though the competetive part of it always seemed to get to him. He watched her drink her water and chuckled at her words as he grabbed her hand and entangled their fingers, "Of course. What would the fun be in letting you win easily?" he asked as he leaned over to her and kissed her cheek before he started walking again. It was still dark and he had a feeling that they would arrive there faster than anticipated. "If we make it before dawn, I'm definitely going to make love to you under the stars," he said with a soft exhale at the thought as he looked up at the dark sky. He looked back at her and made a bit of a sly smile as he gave her hand a gentle squeeze. "I already miss our connection so dearly," he said truthfully as he moved his eyes to the road again. If she wasnt going to say anything, he would be quiet for a while before he closed his eyes for a while. "Should we bring Cobbs to this world?" he asked as he glanced at her. He knew that she probably missed him, and frankly he missed getting insulted by the guy, which in a way was odd, but Cobbs always had a fun way about his insults and grumpy demeanor. "We could definitely use him if we'd get in trouble in the future. He is loyal to you with all his heart," he pointed out as he looked back at the road. |

| ”Letting me win?” she said as she had gathered her composure, raising an eyebrow at him. She looked down at their hand, fingers so neatly and perfectly intertwined like they were always meant to be so close. ”Do you usually let me win?” she asked, popping her head to the side as she grinned at him, closing her eyes and sighing in relief as she felt his lips on her cheek. She moved with him, their fingers still interlocked and making her warm inside. His words made her heart flutter and she blushed slightly. Always saying what he was thinking was one of the things she liked so much about Eaden, but he sometimes just were a bit blunt. The stars above blinked at them, the moon lighting their way ahead. His gentle squeeze made her look to him, and she already felt her need for him rise. ”It’s still there,” she whispered gently, lifting their hands to her lips, kissing the back of his with soft kisses, before letting them fall down again. She swung their hands a bit, resting her head against his arm as they walked. She enjoyed the quietness that settled over them as they walked, the only thing making real sound was their breathing and the rustling in the trees around them. She closed her eyes for a bit while walking, feeling content in this moment. Things had worked out somewhat, and even if they still needed healing, she could almost sense the light at the end of the tunnel. His question broke the silence and she opened her eyes to look at him, a faint smile on her lips. She missed Cobbs a lot, more than she told anyone. Cobbs had been there for her in Hell, protecting her and watching over her. She had learned a lot from that man, although most of them were swearwords, she still treasured that knowledge. ”I’ve been thinking about him since my trip to hell,” she admitted. She looked to Cobbs as almost a parent figure. It wasn’t like Lucifer had the perfect parenting skills, and neither did the demon, but he had always showed some worry towards her. A want to protect her and guide her. ”I asked him to search hell for mother – maybe she is hiding somewhere in one of the levels,” she said with a thinking look in her eyes, biting her upperlip slightly as she thought about it all.
”He is loyal – but I don’t want him to feel obligated to watch out for us,” Dinah said breathing out. She felt bad for what their father had done to that man, the last thing she wanted to do was force him to do anything he didn’t want to. ”If we are to bring him here, I want him to know that he won’t be bound to protect us – I want to give him a chance to find what he lost,” she explained. Cobbs had not told many stories of his life before hell, but she knew he had had a family. He had had someone to love and care for. ”And you sound a little jealous,” she teased him, gently pushing her elbow against his arm, chuckling it a bit. She looked up, making sure they were still following the right sign, and they were. Shaking her head to herself she smiled and looked up at the stars. ”I still remember how he reacted when he walked in on us being together in hell – how you looked at him with that sly smirk of yours as you started thrusting into me harder,” she whispered, feeling her heart beat faster at the memory. Eaden had always been rebellious, but when it came to Cobbs it was like her brother enjoyed showing off what they did. ”Cobbs almost tore you away, until he heard me cry out in pleasure and he walked out, without a word as we continued our lovemaking,” she said in a chuckle, blushing a bit at the memory. Dinah felt it had been awkward at first, that maybe Cobbs would hold her feelings towards her brother against her, but he had only ever made remarks towards Eaden. Sometimes it felt like they just had it in for each other, but Dinah had some weird ability to make them stop their bickering.

| "Maybe I like seeing you win," he remarked with a little smile as she looked at her. It wasnt that he always let her win, but he did enjoy seeing her joy when she did win. It was far more satisfactory than whatever feeling he felt from winning. He nodded as she assured him that their connection was still there. He knew it to be right, but he couldnt help but long to feel it clearly after the last few weeks with feeling it drift away. He nodded at her confession and looked ahead. He liked how Cobbs was so gentle with her, even if he was crude with his way of treating him. He didnt mind it, it was better to feel some sort of tension in the dull depths of hell than being suffocated by some sort of parental love that he didnt need. He looked at her as she mentioned their mother and swallowed silently. It would be odd to see her again, as Eaden hadnt thought of her in a long time, mostly because thinking of her didnt give him any comfort or joy, just sadness. He wasnt sure what would happen if Cobbs were successful in his search and they would get their mother back. What would it mean for their father and Buffy? He felt weird to even think about whether it would affect their father, because he didnt really care about him, but he had come to care about Buffy. He listened to her words and scoffed a bit as he knew she wanted the best for the old demon, but a part of him knew that if Cobbs were to enter earth again, he probably wouldnt search for his lost family. He scratched his neck and looked at her as she explained. "He told me one time that he had accepted the fact that they were gone," he then said as he moved his eyes ahead, a bit confused as to why the grumpy old man had told him. Maybe he had just needed to tell someone, "If they've found their peace with my death, then I wont go out and ruin it for them, he told me," he said, mimicking Cobbs angry attitude quite well. He gave her a short stare as she teased him. He might have been a little jealous at the way Cobbs could protect her so well. He wanted to be like Cobbs in that way too, just without the burns and the stick up the ass. He groaned softly at her whisper and bit his lip. He could remember it clearly, even though sex was dull in hell, watching Cobbs' dismayed reaction made it that more enjoyable. He looked at her as she reminisced in the past, closing his eyes and giving her hand a short squeeze, "If you keep reminding me of thrusts and pleasure, I'll want you sooner than anticipated," he said in a low lustful tone as he looked at her with warning eyes. "He reminds me of our father in a way, just a bit more prone on the physical scale," he said in a chuckle, remembering how he had met Cobbs after that and gotten a few punches with remarks of how distasteful he found it. Eaden found it more daring than being a lecture. "Do you remember dinner that same evening? He was more than furious when I slid my hand under the table and teased you, but he knew he couldnt say or do anything. I'd swear that he was thinking of ways to end me," he said with a sly smirk as he pulled her closer, feeling his heart race the more he thought of the things they had done. He closed his eyes and let out a soft groan. "Fuck..." he mumbled as he moved his free hand down to his pants, trying to pull them in a way to make his arousal sit more comfortably beneath the prison made of tight fabric. |

| ”Even if he has made up his mind, I don’t want to stop him from trying to find something similar again,” she argued. He started mimicking Cobbs and she couldn’t helpt but giggle. It was quite the impression of him, very good actually. As she told her memory she felt him give her hand a short squeeze, smiling as he started speaking. She could recognize that tone so easily, and it made her body react rather strongly. Dinah had never been the lustful kind of person, but with Eaden she just felt the need to have him close. Have his hands move around on her skin and make her moan as only he could make her moan. She decided to keep quiet for a bit, listening to him speak about Cobbs made her chuckle silently, nodding as she agreed. Not that Cobbs had ever been physical with her, no words hurt her more than actual violence. Maybe it was the fact that in hell they had been sorrounded by pain of all kind that had made her a bit numb to the physical aspect of pain. However the pain of a scolding hurt her more than good was. Sometimes Cobbs only had to open his mouth, thinking about scolding her, before she would start tearing up. Eaden continued on her memory, making her seperate her lips slightly as she looked down a bit flustered. ”All I remember was how hard it was to not say anything as you ran your fingers up under my dress,” she whispered breathlessly. She could feel her need rise, but she wanted to get to the outpost first. He pulled her closer, and she felt her heart beat faster. ”I also remembered how merciless you were after dinner,” she said in a low tone, feeling a shiver run down her spine. She looked at him, a faint smile on her lips, then she looked down, seeing him tuck at his fabric, knowing what it meant. She smiled to herself, a little satisfied with the fact that she managed to turn him on just with a rather simple story.
They kept on walking, Dinah opting to stay quiet for a while, not wanting to push Eaden’s limits with control. However she did keep herself close, not wanting to stray from his side. She could see on the signs that they weren’t far now. The sky was still so dark, that she wondered if it would ever light up at the sun’s beams. A thought passed her mind and she started to chuckle under her breath, shaking her head at her own thoughts. ”How will we be able to function back at the academy?” she chuckled to herself. Dinah wanted to be close to Eaden as much as possible, but she wanted to keep her autonomy, able to make friends if she wanted. ”I mean, we are registered as siblings, right?” she said breathing out in a sigh. She didn’t want to keep playing charades, but the thought of the danger they could be put in if they mentioned all of this to anyone. Knowing how the school could so easily turn on them, just because they loved each other more than they could understand. ”I don’t want to be an outcast,” she whispered looking down as she walked. She knew that Eaden couldn’t care less about other people, but Dinah wanted to try a normal life still. Even if it could never be normal.

| "Of course not. I'm just saying: Dont expect him to," he said with a little smile as he looked at her with a soft smile. It wasnt sure what Cobbs would do in this world, yet Eaden felt that he wouldnt easily abandon Dinah if it came to it. The man held her too dear to do such a thing. He closed his eyes for a bit at her whisper and bit his lip softly. It felt good to remember all the sexual things they had done, but he also wanted to remember the good stuff, like him telling her about the world and telling her where he wanted to show her the place of next. But that would be a talk for another time. "Well dinner was a good foreplay for what was going to happen," he said with a satisfied smile at the memory. He missed parts of hell, the parts were they were always together and no one could care less about it. He couldnt say he missed it all, as he felt that their bond had gotten stronger after his lie was discovered and they still found their way back to each other. That was the scariest part of coming back from his actual death, feeling numbness were the bond should have felt strongest - Though the night at the tavern showed him that it had just been a passing feeling that wasnt going to last. It was relieving. He made an annoyed groan at her satisfied smile, feeling the lust make his heart race a bit, "You're enjoying this way too much," he muttered, but smiled, "I bet your panties are wet too," he teased her with a soft push to her shoulder with his, but he still stayed close.
He spent the silence trying to calm himself down, looking around on the nature they passed by as they walked. He kept her close, even though it wasnt helping him much in shaking off his need, but he would rather keep the struggle than create a distance between them. He looked at her as she chuckled, raising his eyebrow with curiosity as she soon let him know what she was thinking off. Her question made him tighten his lips slightly as he thought of it. He nodded as she asked about their registered relation and sighed, "We probably should have gone for cousins," he then said, smiling a bit, though he would hate to deny being her brother. He didnt see the harm in what they were doing, because it wasnt really involving anyone else than them. He swallowed at her whisper and squeezed her hand gently, "You wont be, I promise," he said as he looked at her for a bit. He thought about what to say for a while, before he sighed quietly, "We dont have to be all over each other. We'll keep our business private, and make do with what time we can get. As I said, I'm just going to help you with your homework," he then said as he smiled a bit. "I mean, we could still hangout, but we wouldnt be able to touch each other like we are now," he said looking down at their hands. He looked up at her again, "But I dont need to touch you to feel your comfort," he assured her as he then chuckled a bit, "If all goes to shit, we can always move to the south of America. I've heard a lot about the incestuous things going on there," he said, clearly joking as he started laughing. He shook his head and looked at Dinah again, "I wouldnt leave. Cant let our father have his peace," he then said as he made a half smile and moved his eyes ahead again. He couldnt really say that he didnt want to leave the small family that had been formed here, it wasnt him to admit such things. |

| ”I do,” she replied with a soft smile on her lips. ”Guess again, I’m not wearing any,” she teased back, but she was being honest, moving with him as he pushed her gently, making her chuckle. The silence was welcome as it didn’t feel awkward. It was just nice being able to be with each other, not needing to say anything or do anything. Right now, she didn’t regret what she had given up to Nessa. She felt like she had chosen the right path for her, but she did worry about their little sister. It was weird. Suddenly it wasn’t just her and Eaden, they had a younger sibling. You’d think that there would come some jealousy along, however Dinah hadn’t felt any of it. Maybe it was because Nessa truly was such a pure soul, or maybe it was because she was a human, limited to a specific time on Earth, that she just couldn’t hold it against her. Asking about their sibling status and him saying they should have gone for cousins made her shake her head. She didn’t like pretending either way and the sibling thing had given them some leeways before. ”I like calling you brother, yelling it across the hall and seeing your expression,” she chuckled, leaning her head against his shoulder. She exhaled deeply at his promise, but she liked that he would be there for her. She used to believe it was just the two of them against the world, but now they had a family as well. Sure, Dinah wasn’t the biggest fan of Buffy, but Eaden seemed to like her, and that was all she needed to feel home. His words were so comforting, however it could get tough. Blushing a bit as he mentioned the homework, she looked down for a bit, calming her heart.
”You sound so different,” she said with a faint smile on her lips. ”Not in a bad way, in a good way,” she added, not wanting to hurt or confuse him. Things had changed so much, but she could still hear Jake’s blaming words. Jake was too young to understand what her and Eaden had, and she didn’t blame him. The twins had had more than a lifetime together, and Dinah would be ignoring that fact if she had chosen Jake. No, by Eaden’s side is where she belonged. They had come into existence at the same moment and spent so many years by each other. As he mentioned America she couldn’t help but chuckle a bit, shaking her head at his suggestion. He was clearly just making a joke, but it wasn’t like they hadn’t ever spoken about running off together. She remembered all the times in hell where they would lay together, him telling her about the world and all the places he would take her. She still wanted to see the world, but she couldn’t just leave her father and sister behind now. ”I wouldn’t leave either,” she breathed out, looking at him before she too looked ahead. They were soon at the outpost, making her heart flutter a bit, not because she was nervous, but because she was curious. She had never seen a sunrise over a mountain range before, and getting to see just a small bit of what this world had to offer was enough for now.
”Can I tell you a secret?” she asked, a small smile on her lips as she looked ahead. They rarely kept secrets from each other, especially at this point, but she had a few confessions still to make. Most of them were quite innocent in nature, so it would be stupid to just blurt them all out without context. She took a deep breath as she looked up at the dark sky, a few stars waving at her. ”I used to think that the two of us would need a child together to start a family,” she said, a small chuckle at her former self. Dinah wasn’t able to have children, because as soon as they were concieved, they would wither and die. She sighed at the thought and shook her head. She wasn’t sad about it anymore. ”But what we really needed was just to find the family we had lost,” she said with a smile, looking up at him. She wasn’t fit to be a mother, because what would an angel of death be, if she descriminated between the living and dead? No, that would be wrong. ”Another secret also, while I’m at it,” she said, stopping as they got to the clearing where the outpost was situated. ”I’ve never been happier than I am right now,” she said with a shy smile on her lips.

| "That's hot," he replied to her tease, narrowing his eyes a bit at her as he uncounsioucly licked his lower lip at the thought of her wearing nothing underneath. He was definitely looking forward to reaching the top of this outpost, more so if it turned out that they had it all by themselves. "I'll make you scream my name from up there. We'll see how far the echo goes," he said with a voice of determination as he then chuckled. If he meant it, only time would tell. He shook his head with a small smile as she said she liked calling him brother from across the halls. Many people wouldnt have seen it as much, but most people especially siblings werent the way they were with each other. Their twin status was more than just a blood bond, it was the bond that destined them to be together. Without it, he wasnt sure what they would have been. It wasnt something he wanted to think about, not now or even ever. He nodded as she said she wouldnt leave either, they both knew they had a family here that needed them in some way, maybe they needed Dinah more than they needed Eaden, and he didnt mind as long as he got to be with her. Life for Eaden was rather simple, it was always just about being close to Dinah, feeling her comfort and love alike. He looked up at the outpost in the distance and smiled a bit. They might have been faster than anticipated, but he could imagine the stars from up there looking ever so pretty. And he was going to watch them all with her before the sunrise. "I did promise to change, didnt I?" he asked her with half a smile. He wasnt hurt by her words, not at all, he felt more happy that there had been a noticeable change, rather than him falling back into his old habits. He were done with those and he had wanted this change for himself ever since he got her back at his side. He knew there was still going to be a few changes, and some of them might not be as good as this one, but he had to deal with his problem and what would be to follow it somehow. He looked to her at her question and nodded. He was a bit worried about what this secret might be, but a part of him also knew that they were rather different in their secrets. Her secrets were always pleasant ones, that could make his being flutter with the wildest of butterflies, or something more bittersweet that leaned more towards the sweetness than bitterness. He made a confused expression at her confession and gave her hand a soft squeeze. He understood what she meant, but he had never even thought of them having a child together. It just seemed like a lot of work that none of them really wanted, well maybe that was just Eaden. He nodded at her words and shifted between her eyes as he smiled softly, "I never needed anyone to feel more like a family with you by my side. You are all I need," he said with a little smile, knowing it probably wasnt something she wanted to hear, but it was his truth. He listened to her words and stopped with her as he looked at her with curious eyes. Were where all these secrets coming from? He smiled and couldnt help but chuckle at her shy smile. "Me too," he said to her as he wrapped his arms around her and pressed her close to him. He closed his eyes for a bit and inhaled the cold fresh air that surrounded them. It didnt feel like the air in the city or even at the tavern, no this air was clean and welcoming. He opened his eyes and looked down at her, "But I think we'll soon find that a lot of things in the future will make us happier than we've ever been," he added after a pause and kissed her nose. He turned his eyes to the outpost before he looked up at the stars, "We made it," he whispered in a joyful tone as he leaned his head onto hers, just enjoying the moment here with her. He moved his head away from hers to look down at her after a while, with a little smile on his lips, "So what now, grand get-away planner?" he asked with a happy smile, feeling his jaw hurt a little from all the smiling he had been doing from the tavern to here - It had been a couple of weeks since he had smiled as much as he had here. |

| Dinah shook her head at his words, looking at him with a daring expression in her eyes. ”Is that a promise, a dare or a threat?” she whispered a bit sensual, biting the inside of her cheek as she looked at him. God, he always knew what to say to drive her wild like this. She meant it when she said she liked calling him brother, as there was something liberating about saying it out loud. There was also some pride in it, letting those around them know that they were connected by something deeper than just knowing each other. Bound by blood. Bound by the fact that they were two parts of a whole. If she had things her way she would be able to call him both her ahuvi and her brother, but things were not so simple. At his question she nodded, looking up at him with a brief smile before confessing her secrets. Maybe secret was a big word, but she had never been the one with the shock factor. Shaking her head at his words. Only her? She didn’t believe that, not fully, however she knew it to be his truth at least. She stopped with him, wrapping her arms around his torso and pressed herself closer to him. Words couldn’t describe how happy she was, but she knew he couldn’t really either. ”I’m having a hard time believing that things will keep improving,” she whispered against his shirt before she pulled away slightly, but not out of their embrace. Her grey green eyes looked up at the stars, making a small surprised sound as she could see them so clearly up here.
”I just wanted to see it,” Dinah said, looking up at him with a shy smile on her lips. ”I haven’t seen as much of this world as I would like to – most things I know I’ve either read or you’ve told me about it,” she said, giggling a bit as she let her hands wander up to touch his cheek gently, pulling him down for a tender kiss. How lost she could get in his lips. Soft and firm at the same time, with such an immaculate sweetness to them. She took her time with his lips, deepening their connection slowly, breathing through her nose, so she didn’t have to break away from him. Dinah had heard his words from yesterday. Let me get the empty space of your heart - Let me fill you with me and take that space all for myself, he had whispered in such a tender voice that she felt like she could get moved to tears just thinking of those words. Dinah would fill herself up with Eaden, but she also knew that her heart needed to be filled with the love she had found for her family. After a while, she broke their kiss, smiling as she slowly opened her eyes to look at him. ”I want to see the view,” she whispered, moving her hand from his cheek to his hand, entangling their fingers. They fit together like two lost puzzle pieces, making her giggle a bit to herself as she moved over to the fenced ledge. She gave Eaden’s hand a squeeze before she poked her head out and looked down. So far down, yet she knew that a fall from here would be much quicker.
”Wow,” she mumbled as she looked out. The moon lighting the Earth with it’s shadowy colors, making everything seem dulled down. The trees rustled, in the distance she could hear the sound of birds waking up, starting their day with chatter and song. ”I’m not really a great planner of escapes,” she said with a smile, looking at Eaden, and how the moonlight reflected in his dark locks. What had she deserved to have such a beauty for a brother and lover? How could she be so blessed and yet cursed at the same time. ”Father suggested getting away, just the two of us – I don’t think he’ll ever accept what we have, but at least he isn’t fighting against it,” she said in a rather sad tone. Even if their father hadn’t been in there life for so long, she still wanted the validation from him. Wanted him to know that what ever Eaden had felt for her as a child, Dinah had returned. She knew they had been kids, but she wondered how things would have been if they had been allowed together back then. She felt like she was drifting off into her thoughts, shaking her free hand to wake her body a bit. Dinah turned to her brother, looking up at him with a faint smile, knowing things would be alright. They had to be alright.
