| Tid: Lidt over 1 natten til mandag Sted: En afsides gyde i Gaia Omgivelser: Nogle få hjemløse der har forputtet sig for regnen Vejr: Det regner af helvedes til Outfit: Outfit og maske@Damian__________________________________________________________ Aaah. Another wonderful, wonderful night. Raphael had been working at the hospital earlier in the day, but he'd gotten home in time to prepare everything in the basement, ignoring the cries and pleas of the other subjects as he made everything ready for the new subject he was going to bring back home with him, should this night's hunt prove fruitful, as they always had, so far. It was kinda difficult for people to keep running when their heart was barely even beating, after all. He couldn't ever have asked for a better combination of gifts than what he had, because the few times he'd actually wound up in trouble, his extra strength had proved quite useful, and had enabled him to get away and leave with all his things in time. But now everything was in place, he got back into the streets of Gaia, breathing in deeply of the lovely, chill night air, never minding the rain that everybody else seemed to be running from. Putting on the long, black, hooded leather coat on top of his vest, shirt and everything, he got his doctor's mask in place like so many times before, as he stalked along the lesser obvious streets, particularly the ones where he knew homeless people sought shelter from the rain. This was why he almost always hunted for them when it was raining, they were so much easier to find! Raphael grinned to himself when he found just the perfect prey. A man, around the same bodily age as himself, huddled in a corner of the alley, trying to take shelter form the storm in a cardboard box that was slowly being dissolved by the winter weather. The vampire slowly stepped closer, just enough that the man would notice him. But as he made signs to run away from him, Raphael reached out a hand, now even touching the man, but turning his outstretched hand in the air, almost the same motion as one would use to turn down the heat on the stove, and the man's heartbeat got slower, slower, slower... Until it was barely noticeable, and he fell over, unconscious. Smiling, Raphael stepped closer and lifted the man over one shoulder, turning around, ready to leave the alley with his freshly caught specimen.

| PåklædningAnother day, another human drained. They were starting to get boring, the same boring taste. He let go of the girl, and she fell to the ground, landing in a big puddle. Damian moved away before she landed, sparing his fine pants from the splash of water that came when she broke the surface. Turning his head to the side, a crack left it, and he let out a sigh of relief. Ohh that was good. As his fangs disappeared, so did his dark eyes, and the veins around them. He straightened his jacket, making him look just as fine as polished as before. Running a hand through his hair, he got himself ready to leave the alley, ready to meet the pouring rain once more. But something caught his attention. At the end of the alley he noticed a shadow, but something was different, did it have a beak? His curiosity got the better of him, and silently he started to follow the weird looking person. As he got closer he noticed there were no heartbeat, and the smell hit him. Vampire. The beak was a mask, and a rather special one. Ohh this had to be good, so he decided to follow the vampire, staying in the shadows, and out of sight. The vampire looked like he found was he was looking for, a filthy human hiding in a cardboard box from the rain. His eyes got curious, wondering, why would he choose something this filthy to eat? Okay he was a created vampire, his smell gave him away, but he could do better than his. A smile appeared as he noticed the human trying to run, but it stopped as he noticed how he just stood there, making the human stop running. The human’s heartbeat slowly beating slower and slower until he passed out. Okay that sure was handy. He stepped out of the shadow and was now in the path the vampire chose, so when he turned around he would see Damian. A smile of approval on those lips, his eyes pale grey eyes looking as cold as ever. ”I must admit, that was quite a show. But tell me. What’s with the mask?” casually he placed his hands in the pockets in his pants, as he just ignored the rain that was pouring down. His suit wasn’t cheap, and this one repelled the water as soon as it hit. Nope he wouldn’t get soaked in this, not unless he jumped into a pool of water or something like that. |

| Raphael, upon turning around, obviously spotted the other vampire, and raised an eyebrow, unseen behind the emotionless old-fashioned doctor's mask and hood, which had so far been able to keep his identity hidden. Wouldn't look pretty if anybody connected the surgeon to someone as psychopathic as he was in his spare time, after all. He'd rather not go to jail or anything like that, no, he liked doing his experiments, and some of his results had benefited people, too, even if his methods were as wrong as they could probably be, ethically, at least.
He gave the other man a lookover, noticing the smile and coldness in his eyes - Raphael's were probably just about as cold, if they'd been visible. Then, he sighed. The mask, always the mask, it was always the first thing people asked him about, if not the body hanging over his shoulder. He guessed the other man - vampire, now the wind brought his scent with it so he could identify it - had watched him snatch the human, though, so that was probably why he was unpertubed by him hanging over Raphael's shoulder. "A mask is rather essential for living a double life." was all he said, intentionally making his voice just a little deeper than usually. |

| The other vampire seemed unaffected by his sudden appearance, but okay with a mask how could he tell for sure. All he could see was his body language. Now he was turned against him, he looked down the other vampire, taking him I’m, trying to figure out what to think of him. Shaking his head as he decided it wasn’t possible just like that.
He took a little time to figure out what to do next. He just let his head tilt slightly to the side, looking at the man hanging over his shoulder. ”You’re a vampire. Why need a 2. Identity? I mean, don’t you kill your victims? And how the hell do you even drink with that one on?” he made a gesture towards the mask before he continued. ”Let me guess. It have something to do with that fancy ability of yours, slowing his heartbeat that much without as much as a single touch?” Yeah he had noticed that, and he didn’t mind seeing it. Maybe the guy decided to tell him something? Damian found him intrigue non the less. He was curious as to whom hid under the mask.

| Raphael tilted his head slightly to one side, smiling beneath the mask. Yeah, well, of course the other vampire was curious, it was only natural. "A second identity is necessary when your pastimes otherwise might get you fired from your current job," was all he had to say to that, moving the human on his shoulder a bit, to get a better grip of him, keeping his heart rate low enough that he wouldn't return to consciousness just yet. "Of course I kill my victims. Don't tell me you expected me to show them any kindness? They're just food. And this guy isn't, so the mask isn't a problem at all."
He shrugged and began to move past the other vampire, smiling as he mentioned his ability. Ooh yes, Raphael himself was quite fond of it, as well. Both in his normal work, and in the work he did in his spare time, such as this. "I can do much more than just lower heart rates." he simply, honestly told the other vampire, as he walked past him, towards the open end of the alleyway. He couldn't keep the ability running forever, so he'd better get this guy back to his house as soon as possible - the sooner the better, he hadn't brought any sedatives with him, expecting to have been back home by now, to take some of the heaps of sedative he ha din his basements, to use on the human instead. |

| Okay this guy just managed to poke his curiosity more and more. What was he going to do with this man, if he wasn’t food then what? With curious eyes he watched the other vampire pass by him, once more looking at that unique mask. Who was this guy? Normally he wouldn’t care so much about others, honestly why would he? There was no reason to waste that much time on others. But this guy, yeah he was different, something that kept poking at Damian.
And then he heard him say he could do more than just lower their heart rates, he couldn’t help himself. He HAD to know more. So quickly he followed the guy to the end of the alley. ”Like it or not, I’m coming with you. I want to see just what you plan to do with the petty thing over your shoulderyou’re you’re not going to eat him.” He said in a matter of fact tone, as he walked next to the guy in the mask.

| Raphael stopped, for just a moment, at the end of the alley, turning to look at Damian through those dark eye holes of the mask, glass tinted so his own eyes couldn't be seen through them, even up close. Hmm. Seemed like his methods just kept attracting other vampires, didn't it? Not that he really minded. Judging by the guy's earlier statements, he probably wouldn't get too much of a shock or anything when he'd see it, and as he killed his own victims, too, he was very unlikely to go to the police or hospital to hang out Raphael, unless he pissed him off, that was. So he just had to stay on the guy's good side. Easy peacy.
"Alright." was his short answer, before he turned and began walking, towards the edge of town, and, eventually, towards a house that from the outside looked pretty normal, in the slightly higher price class. At the door, he pulled out his house keys, and opened the door, walking inside, not bothering to invite the other guy inside, as he had a pretty strong hunch he was pureblood, and therefore didn't need the invitation like he himself did. And after Damian got inside without troubles, as expected, Raphael showed him the way over to the elevator, which he unlocked with a key card. Once inside, he pulled off one of his gloves, and put his hand into the scanner there, making it move down two stories below the ground.
Here, they got into a small room, where upon one wall hung lab coats, with white, easy to clean slippers beneath. Here, he finally put the human back down on the ground, and removed his mask and coat, running a hand through the fiery red top of his hair. "Put on one of the lab coats and change your shoes, please." he then asked of Damian, as he began to do so himself. |

| Damian followed the other guy, they didn’t really speak on the way, they just walked. But then again, what could they say? All that had to be said so far had been said. So Damian used the time to look, look at the surroundings, remembering the way. He was still fairly new to the town, he was still learning to find his way around, and being able to find back, that seemed like the smart idea. He had no idea who this guy were, or how he was. It was not because he was scared, but still. If there was anything he had learned in his long life, it was to stay prepared at all time, that how he had survived for so long.
He followed the other guy inside, all the way to the elevator, as curios look on his face. He watched the guy place his hand on a scanner, making the elevator move down. Well security sure was on top here, what this guy was hiding, had to pretty damn good. Why else have such a high security? Looking around, taking in the atmosphere of the room, his eyes returned to the other vampire, which had now removed his mask and coat. Smiling a bit as he noticed that red hair in the top, something he did not expect. Normally Damian didn’t do what people asked, but something told him that this guy was serious, and then he said please. Taking of the small scarf and his coat he placed them on a hanger, before putting on a white coat over the already white shirt that had been hidden under his jacket. He also changed the shoes looking at the guy. ”I got to hand it to you. All that security, the silence. You know how to peak the curiosity of others.” a smirk showing on his face, and his voice actually sounding somewhat friendly. ”I’m Damian Jones.” he then added, figuring it was the only right thing to do. The guy had let him into his home, and now he was showing him something Damian had a feeling was a pretty big secret. Damian was a dick, he didn’t care for anyone else than himself, but that didn’t stop him from remembering the things his parents learned him, that’s also why he introduced himself.

| Raphael had been quiet the entire way, of course, barely even looking to the side to check if the guy was still there, because, after all, he could hear him being there the whole time, even if he was rather silent, as most vampires were. The high security down to his basement was rather needed - no use having subjects escape, or someone come down unauthorized to tinker with any of his numerous experiments. If that happened, he needed to start all over with a clean slate, and honestly, he didn't want to do all of the preparations, all over again. It'd set him back some years in his research, and he'd hate that.
For once, a small smile appeared on his otherwise cold face, when he saw Damian listening and actually start to change coats and shoes. Once he had his own on, he hoisted the still unconscious human up over his shoulder, while listening to what Damian said. "Is that so." the smile got a bit crooked. "Well. No use saying unnecessary things, is there? Now come along, please." he then said, and one final time, he used another key card, to open the next door, which opened into the first par of the huge lab. This part was where all the big metal cages were, in looks not much different from what you'd use for lab rats, except bigger - each one big enough for a single adult human, or two children. There were fifteen of them, and Raphael wandered off to the last one, shoving the new guy inside there, before he went to a cabinet nearby, where he grabbed the same typ eof needle you used to chip dogs and cats with... And, indeed, it was the same type of chip he put into it, before he took a disinfective wipe, and went into the cage to the guy. Wipe and needle off to the side as he began to undress the guy, until he was only in his underwear, like all the other humans.
Raphael's moves were precise, analytical, he'd done this loads of times before and it was so very obvious these humans were pretty much just numbers to him, just specimens to be used and then thrown away, as he now, finally, took the guy's arm, disinfected a part of the upper arm, and injected the chip there. But he wasn't done there - no, he took a hold of his head, keeping it still, as he with the precision of being a surgeon, stuck in the needle just where he knew the vocal chords were, damaging them irrevocably. That done, he leant in to lick the tiny wound closed, then stepped out of the cage and released his hold on the guy's blood, his heartbeat slowly returning to normal. "There, now he's ready, too." he said, and put off the needle to the side, before remembering how Damian had introduced himself earlier. "Nice to meet you, by the way. I'm Raphael Christopherson." |

| Okay he didn’t quite get this guy, but yet he still followed him into the next room. Looking around he watched the cages, his curiosity getting even more and more spiked. What was this guy doing? He didn’t ask, he just followed him to the last of them. He watched him as he undressed the human, and as he marked him with a chip? It was not because he was a surgeon or anything like that, but he did know what a chip looked like. Watching the other vampire, was fascinating. The way he with precision placed the needle, and what made so the guy could not scream? It made sense, then he didn’t have to listen to the screaming. He probably couldn’t just compel him not to do it, like Damian, but then again, he couldn’t slower his heartbeat.
He was leaning against a cage, as the other guy came back out from the cage, locking it. ”I must admit I’m intrigued Raphael.” he said a crocked smile to his lips. ”I don’t know much, but having ripped open a few throats, something tells me that you removed his chance for speaking?” he pushed himself away from the cage, walking to where the other guy stood, looking at the needle that had just been placed on the table. ”So far I like you, doesn’t happen too often, so tell me. What do you do with them? You just keep them in a cage like that or?” he had a bit of a hard time imagining it, there were soo many things you could do, but all he came back to was torture, and that didn’t quite work with what he had seen so far. Nahh it had to be something else.

| Raphael was, of course, acutely aware of being closely observed the whole time, but it didn't bother him the least bit. being a surgeon, you kinda got used to several people keeping an eye on what you were doing at all times, at least during surgeries, but it made it a lot easier to ignore looks in general. Of course, it was also the years and years of training that made his movements so precise, so flawless, seeming like they barely needed any effort at all. Being a vampire had also helped with that - he could move so much more precisely that any human could, and that included the fine, precise movements of all the muscles in the hand needed for the surgeries. Actually, where other people used robots for the minute details in heart and lung surgery, he didn't. At the hospital they knew what he was, after all, so they let him forgo the usual robots and the big magnifying glass all the other surgeons used, except perhaps for Jeremiah, who, after all, was a vampire, too. Those finer movements and enhanced senses really came in handy as a surgeon.
He looked up at the other vampire when he admitted he was impressed. Raising an eyebrow, with a small smile curling Raphael's lips, he waited for Damien to finish speaking, as he sensed he had more to say, and yes, he sure did. "Of course. No use to have them all screaming bloody murder down here, now is there? And it's so much cleaner to just use the needle. Plus, less chance of them dying. Not that they'd ever die due to bloodloss unless I want them to." he casually said, moving to put the needle in one of the yellow containers specifically meant for needles and other biohazardous waste.
And there came the next question, which made Raphael's smile widen. "Of course I don't. That wouldn't really serve any purpose. No, they're all my subjects. I've developed quite a few kinds of poisons, medicines... Even diseases, with my subjects through the years. I like experimenting. The specific string of MRSA we have going in this country right now? My doing." he openly admitted, shrugging. After all, he didn't care about the humans dying at all, he was just interested in how the bacteria worked, themselves. |

| He listened as the guy explained. It was clear he thought through what he was doing. Nothing was left to coincidences, everything seemed planned and calculate. He seemed like a man in control of things, something Damian respected in others. Maybe he would turn out to be one of the few he could actually stand being around.
Subjects? They were nothing more than lab rats to him, species he could test things on. Ohh Damian started to like this guy more and more. A manic smile appeared on the vampire’s lips, as the other vampire kept explaining. ”MRSA you say? Uhmm I think I heard of that one. Not that I normally take much interest in what’s killing humans, unless it’s you know me.” he said with just a hint of madness in his eyes. ”Now I better understand why you had to be so secretive about your identity. No reason to have nosy people running around, trying to find you.” he then said as he crossed his arms over his chest in a relaxed manner. The guys from before slowly start to wake, and a panic look in his eyes showed as he couldn’t speak. A small laugh left Damian as he looked back at Raphael ”SO anything fun planned for your little friend that have started to wake?” he asked as he made a gesture with his head in the direction of the guy.

| Raphael, of course, noticed that manic smile, which made a small smile appear on his lips, probably just as manic, or more, if possible. Then again, to most people he would probably be a lunatic, with the way his thoughts went, but really. yes, he might've been human once, but even when he was human, his mind had already been messed up from the years of neglect and being left behind. His years as a vampire hadn't been any better, and then he'd met that lovely demon, Lilith. She'd been so interested in his experiments, encouraging him to continue, and so, here he was, today, experimenting as often as he could. His eyes slipped from the other vampire to his new subject when he started to stir, a glint of excitement in his eyes, oh, this was going to be so fun. It was always so fun to experiment on them in the start, the breaking of their will as they slowly came to accept no-one was going to come save them, that they were just toys for him to play with, now. The others were boring, since they'd already accepted it, but it was always fun breaking in a new one. "Of course I do. I have a new strain of tuberkulosis to test out on him. I'm thinking it's time it gets back on the map. If all things go well, I've modified this enough with genomes from the MRSA that the regular treatments won't work at all. Oh, and also making it more contagious than it's been before." he told Damien with a soft laugh, making the panicked look in the human's eyes that much clearer. "Let me go get it... You can come along if you want to." he then told Damian, leaving the room through another door, which led into the lab part of his basement, where he went over to put latex gloves on - obviously not to protect himself, but so as to not contaminate the pure sample of the disease, as he opened a heat cabinet, and pulled out a single, thin tube filled with some sort of clear liquid - the disease, suspended in a nutrient solution. // Lab 1, Lab 2 |

| Damian noticed that manic smile, he knew that too well. But it was not that often he met anyone, who could match his, or his thoughts. This guy could, or well his thoughts were clearly just as messed up as his own, just in a different way, a more scientific way. Damian didn’t know much of this, and to be honest it was a bit hard to understand, but that didn’t make it any less exciting. That’s also why he just listened as the other vampire talked about the new kind of tuberculosis he had made, and how he hoped it worked.
He followed Raphael as they entered another room. Looking around, taking it all in he noticed how it all seemed squeaky clean, almost sterile. Maybe it was sterile? But then again, it was something he had very little, if any knowledge about. His eyes founds their way back to Raphael who was finding what he needed. ”I will be honest, I don’t know much about this science, never really were something that caught my attention.” he said as he leaned against a cabin running a hand through his hair that was still damp from the rain. ”How soon is it going to show? I mean will you have to wait minutes, hours, days, weeks to see a reaction to it?” it was clear that he was still curious, even though it was something he didn’t really understand.

| Raphael rather liked the other vampire, by now. He didn't ask too many questions, he didn't interrupt Raphael in his work, and he didn't seem to mind anything he did to these humans, no, rather, he seemed very intrigued by it, and if there was anything Raphael loved, it was explaining his experiments in detail to those just as twisted as himself - so Damian was a perfect example of the type of person he loved sharing his ideas and thoughts with.
Having found just the right tube of the tuberkulosis, Raphael carefully shut the door again and went to a table nearby, where he opened one cabinet to pull out a steel syringe, brand new from its sterile packing. Poking the needle through the plastic, he got a few millilitres into the syringe, whereupon he put the rest of the tuberkulosis sample back into the hot cabinet. "That's fine," Raphael calmly said, smiling just a little as he tapped the side of the syringe, to get all the air bubbles out. He'd rather not kill the subject with an air bubble in his bloodstream instead of watching the effects of the tuberkulosis.
"Oh, it's going to show in about a day or so. Depending on his immune system." he then answered Damian, before he went back into the room with the cages where the guy was panicking now, rattling the cage, trying to find his way out. Raphael sighed. "Calm down, or I'll make you." the threat didn't seem to work, as the human just kept trying to claw his way out. "Alright, you asked for it..." Raphael unlocked the cage, and the human thought, of course, that this was his chance for escape. But, unlucky enough for him, there were more uses for Raphael's blood manipulation than to just slow his heartbeat.
And so, the human only got to take a single or two steps out of the cage, before he basically froze in place. His muscles responded, yes, but since Raphael could move his blood as he pleased, that meant he could basically take control of the human's body, if only for a short while. Just what he needed, to inject the disease into one of the big veins in the man's arm. "Theeere we go." and with a simple push, using the vampire strength, the human was back in his cage, which was locked before Raphael let go of his hold on his blood, and he could move freely again. |

| A day? He sighed a bit dissapointed. ”A day? And here I hoped to see him getting all sick, and… Yeah.. sick.” he then shaking his head softly by the lack of words popping up in his mind, following Raphael back to the room with the cages he noticed the new guy with panic spread all over his face. Ohh but that look was so perfect, he loved that, and fear. Fear was good too.
He placed himself against a wall next to the cage, as he let Raphael work his magic. He could have tried to stop the guy running out, but there was no reason for it. After all he was not there to assist, and he figured Raphael could handle himself. The thought only just crossed his mind, as he watched the guy stop in his step, not moving. A weird sound caught his attention, one he hadn’t heard before. Was that his blood, moving differently? He looked over at Raphael an impressed smile on his lips. ”Ahh I see now. You can even control his body with his own blood, turning it against him. I like it. Almost as fun as my own skills.” he said with an evil yet intrigued laugh.
He pushed himself back from the wall, walking over to the now closed cage looking at the guy in the cage, that quickly moved back from him, panic still painted all over his face. ”Ohh you have no idea what’s going on.” he just said to the guy, that manic smile of his on his lips, before he turned against the other Vampire. ”If you’re interested, I can show you what I can do. If you will let me borrow one of your lab rats. I promise, they won’t get harmed, maybe just a bit more fun for you.” he then said, looking at a woman that was sitting shaking In the corner of the cage right next to the new guy. He figured she was pretty new also, she didn’t seem as calm as some of the others, or as calm as you could be being locked in a cage in a basement lab, being used for experiments. Ohh he liked this guy more and more.

| "Well, diseases need time to work. You have to be patient when dealing with this. Bacteria and viruses can't work faster than what they naturally do, or they become unstable and could just as easily die as do what they're made to do." Raphael carefully explained, watching the injection area on the man - it had, after all, already gotten red and irritated, his body clearly reacting to the injection already, but it'd take time for the infection to take full effect.
"Hmm? Well, you intrigued me, now you said it's almost like what your skills can do. Sure, go ahead, take her. I need her to become a bit more docile, after all. They tend to get to that point after the first few experiments. Maybe it'll go faster if you play around with her," Raphael said, shrugging as he unlocked the cage, knowing the woman would probably try to flee as well, but eager to watch the other vampire work it out with his own abilities. |

| He might have to get this guy, to let him come back the next day. If nothing else, then to see how the virus worked. But to be honest, he was intrigued, and wanted to see more of this guy’s experiments. For the first time in, yeah, he couldn’t remember how long, he felt a genuine interest in something else than sex and blood. He couldn’t just ignore that.
The smiled turned just a bit bigger, as he heard how Raphael let him show him his own set of skills. He watched him open the cage, and as expected the woman in there tried to get fleet. She didn’t get far though, because Damian was in front of her, a hand to her throat keeping her an arm reach away. She could still breathe, but she couldn’t move, and she was forced to look at the vampire in front of her. The fear was painting all over her face, and Damian felt that satisfying feeling rush through him from her look. He loved that looked, almost more than anything else. His clear blue eyes looked directly into her green ones. She was a pretty girl, no doubt but it didn’t make him care anymore than he already did, which was nothing. In the end she was a mere human, a toy, food, something to entertain him with, and this particular woman she belonged to the other vampire in the room. ”Listen darling. I know you can’t talk, but you’re now going to go to the nice man over there, tell him your sorry, and that you will behave. You will do exactly as he say, no hesitation, just do it. And you will do so because you want to. You want to please him.” his deep voice had some commanding over it, and he slowly let go of the woman.
And just as he had asked, she walked right over to Raphael, looking up at him and mouthed ‘sorry’ but nothing came out. Damian smiled a bit too pleased with himself, as he placed his hands in the pockets of his pants. ”Give it a go. Ask her anything.” he then said that manic smile right where it belonged on his lips, 100% confident that the woman would do as she was told. He had used this gift of his countless times, and he knew It always worked. If it didn’t, he would have already known. It was only those with some kind of mental shield who could withstand his compulsion after all.

| Raphael just stood here, leaning against the side of the cage, as he watched things unfold. A small smile curled his lips when he saw the other vampire stopping her within barely a second, as he knew he would. His attention fully on Damian as he said his commands to the woman, and when he let her go, and she came over to apologize to him, like she'd been commanded to, he raised an eyebrow, rather impressed. "Hmm. Compulsion, I'm guessing? That's a rather useful ability." he said, smiling.
"Well then... How about today being the day I test out XH-250 on you, huh? You know what that one is, after all... Since I used it on your husband. But I've got a new and improved version of it... You just stay right there..." And of course she did, as he wandered back into the lab for a minute or two, before he got back, with a small vial of bright pink liquid. "Open wide!" and there was a truly gleeful smile on his face when she did just as asked - the previous days she'd been crying and doing her best to avoid him whenever he'd suggested using this on her.
The truly manic look was back in his eyes as he poured the liquid down her throat. "And don't you dare move, I want to see the effects of it without you moving even an inch." and there was the true test of the ability, he guessed, seeing as this was probably the strongest acid he'd ever developed, making cells break down almost instantly upon contact. So, the last bit of it actually 'ate' its way right through and our her throat, dissolving skin as it flowed down the front of her throat. But barely any blood escaped, as the poison dissolved that, too. "Ooooh. I think it's almost finished... That skill of yours is really handy. And the acid's working just perfectly!" he had been planning to kill her pretty soon anyway - testing acids and poisons tended to kill the subjects fast, but with the type of damage this one caused, she might actually be able to live long enough that he could test it a second time on her. Excellent! |

| Damian just sent him a soft smile, not really answering. The guy had already figured it out. ”I can do more than that, but for this case it’s not really useful.” he answered watching the woman standing still in front of Raphael, just as she was told too. And when he left the room, she stayed there. Damian had moved himself to the opposite of the cage, leaning casually against the side of one of the other cages, watching things unfold.
That look in Raphael’s eyes was amazing. He loved it, that manic look as he poured the liquid down her throat. He heard the command and just smiled rolling his eyes, it was pretty clear he was testing the effect of the compulsion. And just as she was told she didn’t move. Damian could smell the effect of the acid, the skin, blood anything being dissolved, leaving a disgusting smell fill the room, or well he found it rather enjoyable to be honest. He watched the pain in her eyes, because even though she didn’t move you could still see it in her eyes, the fear, the panic, ohh this was just perfect. His eyes shifted to Raphael who spoke ones more, complimenting his skill. He sent him a smile, that manic look in his eyes glowing. ”It seems like my compulsion and you’re acid is a perfect match. That look in her eyes, the pain, the fear, the panic. Ohh that was sweeter than any angle blood I have ever tasted.” he then said moving closer to the woman, taking a firm grip In her hair, to flip her face up looking at her, once more the manic smile on his lips before he let god of her. ”I like you.” he said as he let the woman go, tears on her cheeks from the pain. Well he didn’t tell her not to cry so of course she had been, the pain being the reason for it or maybe fear? ”You’re not boring. And I wouldn’t mind watching some more of those experiments of yours. If you want I can help you with making them calm like her.” he said as he turned towards Raphael. ”But.. Unfortunately, my ability have limits. I can’t use it on anyone. Someone have some kind of mental shield blocking it. Pretty damn annoying if you ask me.”

| "More, you say? I'm intrigued..." Raphael couldn't keep from chuckling, ever so softly, especially with the combined amusement of the possibilities firing off in his mind with Damian's ability, and watching the acid eat its way out her throat. Like the other vampire, he didn't mind the stench, not at all, not when the panic, fear and tears on her face were so divine.
"So, it's just as versatile as my manipulation of blood? Or something along the lines of that?" he asked, watching Damian handle the woman before he let her go, and Raphael shooed her back into her cage, locking the door of it firmly behind her as she crept back into a corner of the cage. The smile on Raphael's lips widened at the other vampire's next words. Well, he certainly didn't find Damian boring, either, so he guessed this was just the perfect match, in terms of powers, mindsets and everything else like that... At least it seemed so, up until this point.
He listened, and nodded, as he took off the latex gloves and shoved them into a yellow box, too. "Ah. Yeah, I've heard of those. Must be as annoying for you as it's been for me whenever someone's had a physical shield. Manipulating blood is, of course, not the only thing I can do. But physical shields blocks the other thing I can do." forklarede han stille og roligt, som han tænke på sin anden evne - der gjorde at han kunne gøre sig selv fysisk stærkere i noget tid af gangen, op til ca. en purebloods styrke niveau. Men selvfølgelig stoppede et fysisk skjold det, hvis det også ville standse en purebloods knytnæve. |

| He just sent him a little smile, not really wanting to tell him what more he could do. He had after all only just met the guy. Maybe if they kept seeing each other, and he felt like it, then maybe. ”something like it, but not quite the same. Trust me. Its not anything that’s useful in your line of work anyway.” he just said shrugging a bit.
He watched the girl going into the cage without and complaints, and quickly she found a place in the corner of it. Tsh, humans.. An annoyed sound left him as he pushed himself from the cage he was leaning against. ”Fuck yes. But that’s when it comes in handy that your stronger, faster and more deadly than them.” He said sending the guy a knowing look, knowing that even though he wasn’t a pureblood he was still strong, being a vampire and all. ”So.. what do you say? Up for putting our heads together. I don’t know shit about what you’re doing here, but I know quite a lot about pain, and I know where to find subjects. Up for a teamwork?” he asked bluntly as he stopped next to the cage with the woman getting down in his knees. Slowly she crawled closer, as if she was drawn to him, compulsion sometimes did that to someone, due to the fact that he had them in their control. He just looked at her with cold eyes, as hers was filled with pain.

| Raphael carefully listened to what the other vampire said, even though he didn't look at him, instead he was carefully observing how the woman's body was reacting to the aftereffects of the acid, smiling as he could already smell flesh decaying as the blood vessels had been severed and were unable to give the surrounding tissue enough oxygen. The acid was really, truly, exceeding his expectations. So he grabbed a nearby notebook and pencil, and began scribbling down his results, in his mother tongue - Gaelic, Irish Gaelic to be precise.
"Hmm... Yes. You do seem like you'd be a good asset in all of this." he agreed, with another one of those smiles aimed at Damian, the kind of smile most people would flee from, but to people like Raphael and Damian... It probably just felt like home. Being with someone else just as maniacal as yourself. At least, that was the other thing he liked about the other vampire, that he seemed just as twisted as Raphael himself was, even if they worked in each their own field, that just meant they'd be able to do so much more together, right? So many people to experiment on, so little time... A little help was always appreciated. |

| She turned her eyes towards him, watching him as he was scribbling down on the pages. He was indeed a man of science, where she just kept the reactions in her memory, he seemed like everything had to be written down. Typical science. She chuckle from his answer ”Ohh honey, I will be the best asset.” she just bluntly said, before turning her eyes back on the woman in the cage. She had placed herself against the cage, fingers slightly pushed through the bars, trying to touch Camille. Camille placed a finger on the woman’s cheek, and let it run down before removing it again. The woman looked almost hurt. She got up and moved to where Raphael was standing. ”so got anything else you want to show me, or do we have a deal?” she asked, placing her hands on the table, slowly leaning a bit over it, looking up at the vampire on the other side. She could feel the hunger start started to poke her, she had to find something to eat soon, the curse of being a pureblood. Or well she didn’t look at it like a curse, she loved the feeling when she slowly drained someone’s life, only to feel their heartbeat getting slower and slower. // Nyt outfit, dog selv med den der labcoat over |

| Of course he wrote everything down - he needed to, to be able to make sure that he made the things the exact same way each time, and that their effects were consistent, too. This was how you developed things like that, anyway. And keeping track of how many subjects he had during the years also made it easier to know when to start covering up disappearances, and at which points it didn't even matter to try doing that.
"I'm sure you will." he told her with a small, crooked smirk, scribbling down the last sentence before he closed the notebook, and laid down the pen again. "We do have a deal. You can come back tomorrow if you want to see the disease at work. I have a lot of other things, but none of which I'm going to show you just yet." he told her, smiling as he leant against the nearest wall, eyes roaming her beautiful form. "So I guess I'll see you around. If you ever want to catch me and I'm not at home or out on the streets, I'm probably at the hospital performing surgery or some kind or other." he informed her, figuring she'd like to know as his new 'partner'. |
