| TIME: 10 AM, a Saturday morning. PLACE: The pedestrian street in Aston, Gaia. SURROUNDINGS: A lot of people out and about, doing their weekend shopping. WEATHER: Sunny without a cloud in sight, and no real wind. OUTFIT: Link here@Manuel________________________________ Ah. It was so nice, so freeing, to be able to be outside in the sunlight again. Jun-ho smiled as he cast a short glance down upon the ring on his finger. A simple silver band with a small, single ruby embedded in it as well. The daylight ring Michael had procured for him, to help him transition to his new life and keep his life as close to his earlier, angelic life as possible. And so here he was, walking down the street, looking at shops, in broad sunlight. He was eventually drawn to a shop who seemed to have quite a lot of clothing that would fit with his own style, which was sort of typical South Korean street fashion. He pulled out a shirt with a multicolored splatter pattern, and held it up against himself, to deem if it was the right size or not. Eventually deeming that it *was* the right size, he smiled and threw it over his arm as he began looking at more of the clothes they had outside the store, just to see if he wanted anything else before he'd go inside and pay. |

| Link~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was wierd in a way, walking outside in the sun, no knife, no ill thoughts or anything. Just relaxing for once in his life. Walking through the streets of Aston. Manuel really needed some new clothes, thinking back on the last few days he had and the fight with that psycho of a woman, who nearly broke his collarbone. At least he was a fast healer and a bit of a sadomasochist, so it wasn’t really that bad after all. Further down the road he spotted a young, blond person. Not that it was the first thing he noticed. The sweet smell of angel blood was circling around this person, but something else was also in its presence. A more bitter smell was mixed with it, vampire? Manuel squinted his eyes a bit and raised an eyebrow, but how? Vampires wasn’t supposed to walk in daylight. But that was when he remembered that he has heard of a daywalker ring… Or something like that for vampires, so they’d be able to walk in the sun. He walked towards the same store as the vampire and looked at the shirt hanging over his arm ” I’m sure that with fit you just perfect. “ he said, offering the young boy a smile. Manuel was for some reason in a good mood, without really knowing why. Slightly he scratched his neck " I'm sorry for just being so... Straight forward and creepy. " he said with an excusing smile. |

| For just s moment or two, Jun-ho smiled as he closed his eyes, and just enjoyed feeling the warmth of the sun on his otherwise cold skin. After he had become a vampire... Well... This was one of his very first days out and about in the daylight, with the new ring, and the other day it had been overcast, so this was the first time feeling the direct sunlight and not needing to fear burning up by it. He really didn't know how to ever repay Michael, but he had at the very least already promised the guy that he could call on him for anything, if need be.
But his little appreciation of the sun was interrupted when he heard a voice close to him - he turned, the warm brown eyes settling on the man next to him. His smell immediately told the new vampire that he was one of the darker races - a demon, he was pretty sure, but which type... He hadn't smelled enough of them to be able to distinguish that much, yet. But whereas he earlier on, when he was still an angel, would have backed away by pure instinct... He now put up a small, friendly smile. "Oh, it's not a problem at all. Thank you for the compliment," he said, the Korean accent thick, before he even gave just a small bow in his thanking of the man, a habit that still was very hard to break. "I was wondering whether to get this one, too." he then said, picking out an arm-less top consisting mostly of a white fishnet, completely see-through in between the strands of fabric. "Do you think this would fit me, too?" |
