| So, this is the place, huh… not too shabby, Reyes thought to himself. He’d heard about the place from people and so far they’ve only spoken highly of it… in the way that it didn’t sound boring or too mundane. See that was the thing… it couldn’t be boring if he decided to work there. He’d already been to countless places before this. All in all they’d been good places and the pay was good… they were just… not boring, but, they were anything but exciting. He needed somewhere with risks. He needed somewhere with creatures of all kinds and minds. Creatures who all wouldn’t mind a little bit of excitement in the forms of violence, gore, blood and much, much more. According to resources… this here, Louvre’s Gentlemen’s Club was the place to be.
In all honesty, Reyes didn’t really need a job. He already had his odd-jobs and he had plenty of money to take care of himself. He even had someone to provide all that he needed. So, why even bother with this? Well, Reyes was a social animal and liked to party. Easy as that… and he also liked to meet new people and seek out possible friendships. Especially with creatures much like himself or just as fun, and who knew? He might even meet someone slightly important who could show him another side of life… or the un-life, or whatever it’s called.
Reyes had dressed himself in a plain white t-shirt, black leather pants, black boots and a black leather jacket to match it all. He parked his motorcycle outside the club and took off his helmet to reveal his red hair that now laid flat against his head. Stupid helmet… he took a few seconds to fix his hair before setting sights on the entry. Reyes had expected the usual dirty gentlemen’s club, but this… this was not what he’d expected. This place was almost… what was the word? Grandiose… yeah, that was it. He smiled to himself in a smile that threatened to expose his fangs. He’d long ago learned to hide them… but, at this day and age he’d stopped caring really. If any humans got frightened then it was easy to make them believe that it’d only been their imagination. It was especially easy with his ability to manipulate their senses. It made his life so much easier in many ways than one. The things that he could make people believe and also make them easier pray for his thirst. Not that his strength and speed wasn’t enough, but, this also made the hunt more fun. After he’d been turned he had realised just how much more fun it was to be in power. Not only that, he’d also learned of the thrills of the hunt. They could be ecstatic at times… especially when he went hunting with others.
Enough of that now though. This wasn’t a hunt, but pure business. He had to get inside and see if this place truly was worth his time. If not… sigh, then he’d be back searching for another place.
Reyes now walked over to the entrance. Flashed a charming smile to the bouncer and walked inside. He looked to either side of the doors before entering the door for the gentlemen. He might as well, and the first thing that hit him was the fact that it was just as grand on the inside as it had been on the outside. The interior was neatly designed and he liked the colour scheme just fine. Secondly there was a large array of people and the dancers were definitely easy on the eyes. He walked among the people and found a place at the bar to get a better view. It was so far to his liking… the design, the people… not bad at all. He could even imagine himself working here… So he ordered something to drink and chose to stay for a bit. Who knew, maybe something, or someone would come his way to convince him to put in the effort to actually get a job as a bartender here. Preferably someone... |

| This was a pretty usual day and evening for Liam. He'd woken up around 10 am, gotten rid of the woman he'd dragged back home last night - having contacts able to get rid of bodies easily was pretty neat after all - and then drove his Tesla to the school. After a couple of litterature lessons, in which he had to send two students to detention, he was on his way back home again, and changed from the normal dark suit as they were mainly reserved for when he went out during the day. He used an hour or two to keep tabs on all the people he had out and about running errands for him, along with the ones collecting debt from the few persons he'd lend money to. Of course none of them knew he was the one giving the money to them, they thought it was the middle man. Always best to cover up your tracks near a police force as used to the supernaturals as Gaia's was. But when time came, Liam showered and redressed in one of his white suits, taking his sweet time to ensure the tailored suit sat as perfectly as ever, snug but not too snug, the hair combed back in a fashion that showed he did indeed take good care of it, while it still managed to look quite casual - as if he had just shaken his head in a particular manner, and it'd naturally laid like that. Taking care of the beard too, not wanting any more than maybe a light stubble, well-groomed... And he was out the door again, this time in his Audi. He drove to the part of Moonlight Falls where Louvre's Gentlemen's Club was... The one he was the manager for, as Jeremiah didn't seem to care for doing anything else than own it, really. The vampire didn't care to actually run it... Well, Liam had snatched that opportunity as soon as he could, because... Come on. It'd have been stupid for him to not take that shot, considering just the kind of demon he was. Liam walked straight inside, past the line and past the bouncers without even sparing them a single glance. They knew him, after all, and knew that the less you bothered him, the better things would turn out for yourself. But still, he barely got to enter the club before two employees swarmed him, apparently all too eager to tell him about a few problems, a few cancellations there'd been tonight, and something about one of the stage lights not functioning properly. Liam sighed and rolled his eyes. "Get Nicholas in here as our replacement." he told the first one, and then looked at the other, a (seemingly) young blonde girl. "And have you contacted our engineer?" "...N-no sir... I... Didn't know if I had permission to..." Liam pinched the bridge of his nose with closed eyes. "Go. Get. It. Fixed. Yes, you have my damn permission to fix things when I'm not here! Go! Shoo! Make it happen!" the girl flinched and instantly darted off towards the backstage area, presumably to do as she'd just been told to by her boss. Liam took a few deep, calming breaths, before he walked over to the nearest of the two bars inside the club, and simply nodded at the bartender when they made eye contact. Moments later there was a martini in front of the demon, which he gladly took a sip of. "I told them they should've just done it," the bartender said, conversationally, "... But they feared what you'd do if they did it wrong." "I'm not going to say that's not a wise choice," Liam answered, a small and cold smile on his lips. "But there's a reason I have people in higher positions. They shouldn't just go to their manager straight away, at the slightest hint of trouble." the bartender shrugged and returned to doing his job, as another costumer approached. Liam then took his sweet time in drinking his martini, brushing a hand through his hair as he looked out over the crowd gathered this evening, a pleased smile appearing on his lips at seeing how full it was tonight. // Outfit |

| Reyes was partially done with his bloody Mary when he caught something fairly interesting entering his field of vision. Having peeked Reyes’ interest, he turned on the chair to get a better view of the now small cluster of people and listened in on their conversation. He continuously sipped his drink and leaned back on the bar disk and casually rested the other arm on it. As what he could gather so far, was that the staff was incompetent and the hotshot in the suit was some kind of boss… okay, maybe that was perhaps cutting the other guy short. With that kind of suit and his looks, the man just oozed owner. He smiled as he took another sip of his drink and observed the fine-looking man whom managed to still look hot, even when scrunching up his face in dismay. It was even rather endearing… in some weird way. Either way, the man had caught his full attention, but there was no reason to stare him down like a hunk of meat… So Reyes turned in his chair and nodded towards the bartender. He shook his now empty drink, gesturing for another drink of the same, and the bartender nodded. It hadn’t been the best of drinks, but if anything it had been decent enough. It wasn’t like when Reyes himself mixed drinks… and the bartender really had no flair or style when mixing. It was like they were just there… blending into the background like some NPC from a game. Something that Reyes found somewhat sad considering the bartender’s job and the fantastic location. Still, that was not something entirely up to Reyes; after all, he was just a customer at the moment. The bartender seemed to have been interrupted in his work as the man in the suit from before had gotten to the bar. Without saying anything the bartender had made a martini for him… so no doubt about Mr. handsome being someone important. Reyes almost permanent smile had turned sideways, more like a smirk really, as he leaned over and held his head in his hands.
The bartender brought his drink over and Reyes happily paid for it, and started sipping it. Funny enough he felt really warm. Not that being in a leather jacket inside a club filled with people wouldn’t be hot… but, not this hot. He took another sip of the cool drink… no, it wasn’t laden with that much alcohol and he’d seen the bartender make it. It was as it was supposed to be… so why was he so damn hot and…
He looked up from his drink now and looked slightly more concerned. The effect was coming on strong now and it was like a fire had lit in his chest. It wasn’t entirely unpleasant, actually it was the quite the opposite. It was way too pleasant. It was moving all over his body now, but for the most of it Reyes had it under control. It was somewhat familiar, but never something he’d felt this intensely, in this short amount of time. He had an idea of what might’ve caused it so he looked around trying to locate the source… and just as he looked around his eyes got caught at the man in the suit. Looking at him this close made something jolt within Reyes and he felt like he’d just stuck his entire body in an electrical socket.
Reyes portrayed a toothy grin as he realised the cause of his momentary distress… He was extremely horny… and without much reasoning behind it, which in itself wasn’t that unusual. What was unusual however was the fact that it had snuck up on him that suddenly… not to mention how intense it had felt.
Reyes made a more thorough inspection of the man in the suit and almost felt his insides starting to burn more fiercely as he did. There was no doubt about it now, what had caused his current state and Reyes chuckled. He didn’t really laugh because of the absurdity of the situation, but more from the fact how slow he’d been on the uptake. After all he should have learned from now to recognise an incubus from miles, from his massive experience with the creatures. Still, none had had quite the impact on him which this one clearly had. Maybe with the exception of one…
Reyes took a huge swig from his drink, empting his bloody Mary and leaving behind a bloody bottom lip. He licked it away seductively and ran a hand through his hair.
“Seems like proper and competent staff is getting harder and harder to come by nowadays,” commented Reyes as he had turned his attention to the man in the suit. He smiled charmingly and tried to relax himself from the intense feeling of wanting to bone someone. Nothing a bit more mental focus couldn’t overcome… but for how long? He didn’t care to think about that right now, for now he was quite interested in this mysterious man who seemed to have quite the aura about him. What he would discover from this encounter was never truly certain; however… he was certain that this encounter would prove quite entertaining.

| Liam just sat there, sipping his drink at first, while regretting having hired some of the people in the first place. As soon ashe had possible replacements for them, they'd get fired on the spot for being so damn incompetent that they needed him around for any and all decisions. Really, people should be able to think for themselves and do what the business needed instead of waiting around until the owner showed up. But some of them were maybe too young, too naïve, and too scared of Liam to do anything without his explicit permission. He needed to get that out of their head - inaction usually angered him more than if they did something wrong, since that at least indicated that they tried their best at their job. The other thing was something he just saw as laziness on their part.
It didn't take long for his martini to be gone, and when he motioned for another, the bartender had already made him one, obviously used to how much and how fast the demon could drink. And so he sat there, and began looking around at all of the people visiting his club tonight. That was when he heard an unfamiliar voice, and turned his head to look at the guy it belonged to.
And his eyes landed on quite the handsome redhead. Chiseled jaw, fierce eyes... There was quite some potential there, if they wound up doing something a tad more fun than just sitting in the bar together - the mere thought of which made sure that a smile showed up on Liam's lips.
"You're absolutely right," he then said, leaning against the counter and lifting the new martini to his lips, taking a sip while looking at the guy over the edge of the glass. One breath later, and he recognized the smell of the man - a vampire. How lovely - vampires were usually quite fun to play around with.
"Most people seem to want to have money for doing just the bare minimum. They never think for themselves... It's so sad to see the working morale of decades past be virtually extinct by now," he then said, sighing a little. If he could just go back to the victorian times, hell, the renaissance, too - people knew what good work was back then, and really put their back into any work they had. |

| Reyes was glad that it hadn’t taken much to get the man’s attention. Not that it ever proved much of a difficulty with his appearance. One didn’t have to be a lustdriven demon to look unnaturally good… One could however argue that it helped not to look and feel like a dead person. That was something that Reyes missed at times… like his tan skin. These days he had to remedy that with a spraytan, but it would never be the same as the natural hue that he had. He also missed to laze around in the sun on the beaches, and just take in the fresh ocean air in the morning. Sometimes he missed it so fiercely that he contemplated whether or not to just go for it, and walk out into the sun. It was stupid, he knew that much, but it was a longing that was ingrained into him. It wouldn’t just pass, no matter how many centuries went by. He always comforted himself with the thought that he couldn’t possibly be the only vampire feeling this way. Back to the matter at hand though… Like Mr. Handsome demon, who was all too attractive and boneable. The look that he gave Reyes, felt like he was licking him all over. It wasn’t all unpleasant, but it didn’t help with the not wanting to lose oneself in the heat of the moment and just… Bad thoughts!
But oh so delectable and tempting thoughts… Unless…
Reyes smiled from the man’s comment and nodded his head in agreement. He himself remembered the good old days, and the work morale which had changed drastically over the centuries. It was almost saddening, mostly because today people had so many rights… it was so boring and the excitement had gone out of it… No one really got punished in any fun ways, ‘because that was illegal… at least in this country.
“Yeah, I hear you. It’s only gone downhill and people get away with almost anything, thinking that they’re deserving of such… If you ask me, then people think too highly of themselves these days, and they have no inkling how truly worthless they are… however…” Reyes smirked and exposed a fang in the process, before he continues. “That’s what makes it so much fun when they realise who’s truly at the top…” Reyes’ tone was slightly sadistic. He wondered how the man would feel with that statement, but somehow he didn’t think that he’d mind so much… A feeling that had yet to be proven, but as always Reyes was quite confident in his abilities to read other people. |

| "Indeed. Now, the middle ages - those were fun. And so was ancient Egypt..." and even some of the times before that. So many things he had seen, so many societies, empires, that came and fell again... Each with their own work ethic and politics. When you had seen as much as he had, you quickly realized just how insignificant politics and the likes were. And he couldn't help but chuckle with the guy's second statement, which could be taken at least two different ways. "Oh, you have no idea," he said, the smile on his lips one of his very most charming ones, as he winked at the vampire. He downed the rest of his drink, and then stood back up. "Maybe - you would like for us to go somewhere slightly more private, to discuss the good old times?" he then suggested, casting out a hand towards the section of the club where the private rooms were. //sorry den blev lidt kortere end normal, meget længe siden jeg har emnet på Liam |
