Okay, Dion hadn't been home for one day. She knew he wouldn't come back tonight, or till the next day. So, Cecilia had turned up on Evelina's door with take out enough to fill an army  - after all her newfound apatite had made even people at the Radclyffee mansion wide their eyes in just how much she could eat. But Cecilia's foresight power had finally begun to actually return to her, which at first had freaked her own a bit, but it was like with everything happening all the stress, she had repressed her powers to a point where she thought she had been powerless. Cecilia had helped getting the boys to bed, auntie Ce was in the house. Few hours back she had even picked Mila up along with Eve's boys and brought them to the park, giving their parents a little peace of mind and being able to just have one child to look after - even if the three here were able to do most things themselves.

Anywho, Cecilia put a movie on they could have in the back while talking. It was still weird to have these heart breaking moments where you reminded yourself that Mono no longer was here. And some days remained harder than others, sometimes hitting her unexpected, but she did her best to honor his memory. "You know, you say the words and I will track him down and drag him back here," Cecilia took a bite of a cookie on the table.

Eve had zoned out.
It happened a lot these days. One thing was seeing how you and your partner were drifting apart without any of you knowing how to fix it if you could even fix it. She wanted nothing more than to give Dion his freedom, and she had tried to be understanding with what he needed, so sometimes he would go to his old house and throw a party—but he had always been home the next day, her waking up to him lying there beside her. Having a small ritual where she would cook him something nice, not that he had hangovers, but even then, a whole night of drinking and partying it still wore you out, even if you gained energy from it.
The first time he hadn’t been home, she hadn’t thought much of it, but lately, it had become a repeating thing. Then there was the fact that her best friend had died, and she felt so incredibly alone with the guilt and sadness because she was here alone in the giant house with three kids that constantly needed her attention. Today had been the first day in a very long time she hadn’t had anything to do—that had been when the tears had come. She hadn’t recognised herself when she looked in the mirror, and suddenly it was like someone had taken her personality and identity and stripped it away from her.
“Sorry?” Evelina looked up, her eyes glazed over, and she clearly hadn’t heard what Cecilia had just asked her. “Oh, no, it's okay”, Eve said with a soft smile and looked toward the television, her brows furrowed; “what are we watching?” she asked, suddenly remembering that she had agreed to watch something, but she couldn’t for the life of her figure out what they had put on.

Cecilia wasn't going to pretend she understood completely what was going on, even if her and Lucas were both busy, they made their day to day life work. Even if they sometimes felt like they were missing each other, but none of them went out of their way to go out partying without coming home again for days. If it wasn't because Lucas kept being dramatically passive towards Victoria, Cecilia might have texted the shapeshifter and asked for a favor in kicking Dion back home. At least they knew he was somewhere in Southside, which was a fifty fifty if it gave comfort or not. "Just some bad reality show," not wanting to put something worth watching knowing none of them would actually be able to focus on it. A lot had happened in their lives. Mono's death. Evelina turning into a witch. Cecilia being turned into a werewolf. All these things that only a handful of years ago, she had never thought possible. Wasn't it just few years ago they had all three been sitting at Eve's old home, eating take out because Cecilia had discovered the supernatural.
