| LOCATION | Little lamb - upstairs, Saga's home DATE | January 28th 2022 TIME | Late evening ATTIRE | LinkTOPIC FOR | @Saga C. Rhyss ____________________________________ Oh well. He was back in town again, finally - it seemed like the whole archangel show off was sort of going away again. Which meant Michael and Remy had finally found out there was more important things out there than looking Joseph over the shoulder, and thank god it was exhausted having such fans. Now, he had been back for a while, but what was he supposed to do? He couldn't go back to the academy and act like every thing was fine - or he could, but would most likely cause a scene, which he no, no he didn't want to do that - not yet anyway. And what was all that about Southside had been taking over by this Anthony guy? What had happened while Joseph had been out of town, people had just swung by and thought they owned this place - didn't they know better? Not to mention all this hustle from the big powerful families - or they called themselves that. Well, he got all that from the local news paper he was currently reading while laying in bed. He had moved the pillows up so they supported his neck and head very nicely, his ankles crossed to make himself the most comfortable. Well, it was no issue for Joseph to actually enter the space - it was so easy to siphon a sweet delicate spell like that. "Why does it seem like this town just wants more and more drama - I don't get it, do you?" He put the news paper down in front of him as he could hear Saga enter the room, looking at her shortly before moving the news paper up again, "this town is going crazy - you heard it here first, c - r - a zy, crazy." He sighed a little bit shaking his head then clicking his tongue. |

| There were a lot to say about Joseph Blackwood but one of them was how he somehow managed to go by completely undetected and yet still fill so much in a room when he was present. Not even Circe had caught on to any signs of the man being in her house. Not even a tickle. Perhaps it could be blamed on how the place was heavily warded against any unwanted guests but that thought would only be naïve and while it was easy to assume, looking at the little witch from the outside, that she indeed was naïve, that would be to underestimate her greatly. A grey towel was perfectly wrapped around her bare body and tightly secured in the front before she made a gentle gesture with her hand and the pluck in the bottom of the bathtub got undone, gradually emptying it for the now apple and vanilla scented water – from the usual products she had washed her short, raven black hair with. Saga didn’t take showers, even though she had one installed. The closest to it would be when she carefully used the showerhead without letting water rain over her face. Of course, her face was washed and cleaned as much as the rest of her but she had her own strange little routine to ensure not to trigger anything… unpleasant.
A small amount of remaining steam escaped the bathroom when she exited. A sigh brought on by the nice feeling of getting into a bit of a cooler area, rolled near soundless over her lips. And then as if choregraphed, a swirl of shimmering white blew passed her at her feet and turned to a snow white crow in the air that followed her, as she ventured up the gothic metal spiral-staircase to the most upper floor; her bedroom. The unexpectedness of hearing a voice – his voice – immediately resulted in a jolt going straight through her body. She had just reached the second step to the top and her gaze had already been on its way to look in his direction since her subconscious had seen something that wasn’t always there out of the corner of her eye. Her hand was raised maybe half a second before her eyes had sprung up to look at him and as if it was simply a reflex, she had the intruder swung from his comfortable placement on her bed and pushed hard up against the wall, the bed was up against. Lucky for him that she hadn’t chosen one of the two slanted walls. But surely, there was some instinct involved, but mostly the haste came of the knowledge her mind and body had of this particular person and she wasn’t about to give him enough time to de-spell her telekinesis before she could get to make a statement. Which this was, even though she wasn’t exactly gentle with him. At all. He was resilient. And she didn’t mind stuff being slammed down from the wall or if the neighbours would wonder what was going on.
“What are you doing in my home, Joseph?” Act first, talk later. It was a very Saga thing to do. One would probably expect her to be frowning or glaring at him but at that moment her eyes were slightly wider with the mixture of shock and surprise. Her other hand, the one that didn’t keep him pinned to the wall for as long as.. he allowed, had automatically moved to hold around the closure of her towel. Making sure it stayed put even if it loosened. By her side, Circe had come to join them and was the one showing much more anger, screeching at the siphoner as if they had a deep, personal agenda against him. |
