Ayah liked spending time close to home, even if the forest was only her second home by now. She had learned to live and thrive in the city for the most part, but the forest and the little community the fair folk had here in the treetops in their shapes couldn't compare to anything else at this point. Ayah enjoyed being here in summer, sitting underneath the green crowns that shadowed from the strong sun that warmed up everything. Thankful she was to the fact that she was an air fairy, able to manipulate the wind making sure a cold breeze prevented her from dying of heat. So, sitting here with her book, she was reading a bit, enjoying just being around nature. It was quite a while since she had felt such peace, and she took a deeper breath in, looking up from her book only a few chapters later, seeing a figure close by, but not sure what or who it was yet. But it was enough to make the fairy stand up from the ground as she closed her book, tilting her head a little bit curious to the left as she tried to scan the area with her eyes to spot the figure again.
