| He breathed out, by the reminder that he would be in control. It was true though, he would be able to be in control. He had the power to make her dream about everything he would want her to, so what was he afraid of? "That is true," he nodded and felt his jaw tighten. Ajax had to give it a try, at least just try - and if things got out of hands, he would have to hold onto the hope that everyone else would be fine, and he could make it out in one piece. It wasn't because Ajax ever had tried taking someone with him like that, but it was all about connections - and she was a witch, sure there was a spell that would allow him to take her on a dream walk. Or maybe he was just optimistic about it. "It shouldn't be impossible." Again she was right, it would be safer if someone was out there to watch over them. He didn't like this at all, it was far out of his comfort zone and he felt uneasy. Ajax had never found himself in trouble like this before, and even if he did have a taste for a little bit of danger - this was possibly too much. However, the night wasn't over yet and like the witch had said, it was now or never. "You might be right -" he took a few steps closer to the fairy and sat down next to her. "But I would rather have you with me," he confessed and looked shortly back at Saga, before looking at the fairy again. Pandora looked so peaceful while sleeping, not like someone who would put an awful curse on anyone or try to have him killed. "Okay, we can at least try." He looked back at Saga before he sat down and grabbed the fairy's hand. With the other hand he reached out for Saga, for her to come sit next to him. He just hoped he could do this without distressing the human.
"Don't trust anything you see when you enter her mind space, till I get control there - we might not remember the reason we are there," he said to Saga. It was a always a risk, your senses became overloaded with everything happening in the head of the other person - and you could almost forget who you were or the reason you were there - and for that reason it was dangerous getting dragged into the mess, because there was no saying you would ever step out of the other person's brain. "Just stick with me, and we should be fine. Ready for another nap?" He asked as he looked into the witch's beautiful blue eyes. When she was ready, he would simply put her to sleep like when he had entered her mind months back. Then after he would close his eyes and let his mind connect with Sagas, letting her with him to the gates that belonged to the fairy's mind.
It was cold and dark. He could feel how everything just seemed to run uncomfortably down his spine. Ajax looked around, and grabbed the witch hand. This wasn't a good place to be, but who of them would have thought of Pandora's mind-space to be peaceful? They were in a smaller field close to a rage-filled sea, were waves brutally tried to reach the shore where they were standing. The storm almost seemed to have followed them here. There was a little cabin, with broken windows and it looked like no one lived there. At least till they heard screams from inside. Ajax looked down at Saga and took a deeper breath in. "I guess we need to walk in." |

| It fluttered innocently around her chest. He’d rather have her with him. Even if he agree with her that it would be best if at least one of them stayed to keep a look out. And she didn’t feel the usual feeling of stubbornness, that feeling that it would be upright stupid to do what wouldn’t ensure the best result, because she was like him. She’d rather follow him in. She hadn’t had any memories of the time he had spent in her head - beside from the continuing thoughts about him, she had had through those month after meeting him. She stood up already before he gestured for her to come join him at his side, and walked around the sleeping fairy to sit down on the other side of her. This time she sat all the way down and not only squatted down. The concrete flooring was as cold as she could have imagined it being hard to land on, had this charming demon not been quick on his feet, but it was bearable. She crossed her legs and made sure to scoot close enough to Ajax so their tights and shoulders touched. A smile sneaked unto her lips. “It almost would seem like all we do together is sleep together,” she commented, a bit of an attempt for a teasing joke, which she wouldn’t have helped. Looking back into his eyes, she discreetly grabbed his other hand. And her eyes feel shut as her head became heavy and landed in the perfectly shaped curve of his shoulder and neck.
The very first feeling was indeed overwhelming. It creeped into her many seconds before she opened her eyes. It wasn’t discomforting. No. It was familiar if anything. Loneliness hanged in the air was thick as syrup. But this was a much more aggressive kind than hers, than the loneliness the dream boy would have experiences in her space.
It startled her slightly as she felt something grab a hold of her hand and just like that she was reminded of her companion which she jolting turned to look at. Then down at their hand. And again back up at his face, calming again by the reminder. She had ..forgotten about him for a moment. About the abandoned building. But now it was back and she could only describe the feeling as the same one she had felt the time her blocked memories of Joseph had returned. This wasn’t reality. She tightened her grab around his hand, just a little bit, though she had been close to letting go the moment the muffled scream sounded and her eyes looked towards its location. A cabin. That it held on in the storm and hadn’t fallen into the ocean let was a miracle only a dream could create. She nodded in agreement to Ajax and let him take the first step before she followed suit. Staying by his side. “Is… Is this a dream? Or is this place her mind?” she carefully asked as they got closer to the cabin. She felt the air ripping in her hair and with the particles of salt water it felt like tiny shards of glass against her delicate skin. She looked back up at him, awaiting. To her this made sense as a dream but only because she really hadn’t anything to relate a ‘mind’ to. Movies and stories had always had it be archives. And she didn’t see a lot of doors, as he had told her about before. Only one. The entrance to the small cabin. However, looking up at him, she had difficulty recognising the blonde, bi-eye coloured boy of a man. She frowned.. |

| Every fiber of his body told him to be aware, it was a dangerous zone to be in - but it wasn't really anything new. Ajax took a deeper breath in, knowing it was possibly one of his most stupid plans yet. Going into the mind space was always a speciel way, almost like the mind place itself. Everything was always shaped by the individuel person, also leaving every experience different - even if the situation remained the same. No matter how different everything looked, it was the same thing he was going. "A mix. The front door enters the mind space - we are on the road to it, the ocean might just drag us into the dream," it was a theory but likely the truth. "It's why the wind is getting stronger, there is always someone or something protecting the mind space - in this case the wind and the ocean covers it," he took a deeper breath in and looked shortly at Saga. Even if they got in, they would have to find the right rooms and perhaps they would even have to find Pandora. He moved his feet step by step closer, feeling the wind slightly heavy trying to push him back. He tightened his grip on Saga's hand, even if he could manipulate the space - it was better to save the energy for when they got inside. Two more steps, and he could finally reach the door handle. He got it opened and got them both inside before he closed the door.
The cabin from inside didn't look like a cabin, there was nothing cozy about it. All the walls were grey, and windows broken - yet you couldn't see anything outside but pure darkness. The only light in the room was from a few lamps hanging on the walls with a dull light. The walls had cracks all over it, making the cold get inside and crawl all over their skin with it's long slim fingers. It made him shiver as he looked around. He closed his eyes for a second, forcing the light to glow a bit more up - making the grey and broken entrance clearer to the eye. "This is a nice place," he mumbled to himself and sighed. There were a few doors placed, one in front along with one on their left hand as one on the right. Sudden bangs sounded on the door in front of them, and he could swear it made slight movement to the sound, as if someone was hammering on it. A scream sounded from the left side and he turned his head quickly, something was wrong. It seemed like the entrance wasn't where they were standing, it was the crossroad to the place. The right door was silent and honestly most inviting because of that silence, which also indicated it was no place to be - he knew that. He took a few steps forward towards the left door, maybe it was the screaming that called for him. He placed his hand on the door and opened it in a shift movement. He looked over at Saga and moved his head in a small nod to towards the door - he remained silent, mostly because conversation would take his mind off the mission and he needed to focus. He pulled her slightly with him, still having her hand in his. The second they went inside the door closed behind them, and even more showed up around them. He reached for a new door and opened it.
There she was, sitting in a corner with chains around her ankels and wrists. Chained to the wall like some animal. She looked up with a dreadful look in her eyes, she looked at them before she screamed up - and Ajax quickly closed the door. He held his breath while looking at the witch, and breathed out. "We need to find something.. something where Joseph is in.. " He mumbled to himself and went over to yet another door. He was about to open it when the scream from behind it was so terrible he almost jumped back in shock. He felt like they were lost, he was lost - forgetting what he was looking for, which was normal - giving the hold the entire thing had on him.

| Saga ocean blue eyes looked towards the gigantic waves, that slammed up against the cliff walls. And she shallowed. Ever so discreet. She didn’t show it in any other way but the water prodded violently at her unease. Her fear. And all together with the thought of the waves pulling one to the dreams had her almost hold just a little bit tighter around the demons hand. Dreams didn’t scare her. Or maybe they did. They had as of late. But only her own dreams. She had no way of getting in touch with other’s dreams, not like Ajax had, after all. The little witch only nodded to his answer as she finally was able to bring herself to look away from the roaring ocean waters. Yet, she couldn’t help but wonder what had protected her mind. She doubted there’d be such a thing, considering… She felt the beginning urges, the trickling of obsession and pure need for knowing…
The inside of the cabin immediately surrounded her closely with unsettlement. She felt anything but safe there and she wouldn’t help but compare the place to the crypt of an abandoned church. So devoid of anything holy and comforting, left to rot and get taken over by underground moisture and growth through all the little cracks. And still a witch like her would sense the weighing sensation of not being welcome. Not even after abandonment. But unlike such a place, Saga had a feeling that anyone - witch, demon, even angel or human - would suffer under the atmosphere there. It wasn’t only her who were unwelcome. No one was welcome here. She would even start to doubt that the mind’s owner would ever feel welcome in a place like this. A faint ‘hm’-sound of agreement to Ajax first response to the place, found its way from her throat just as silently and just as must to herself as his words had been for him. It was an automatic reaction. Her eyes scouted the entrance. Not only the doors, although she certainly did check them out more observantly than she did the ceiling or the walls or the darkened windows. It had been bright like dusk outside, she thought. The sudden bangs on one of the doors startled her just enough for her to abruptly turn her head towards it and saw, like him, the unnatural moving of it. It was as if the door wasn’t actually attached to by the hinges but instead fused to the door frame at all the edges. The scream had her surprise much less and drew her attention to it in a smooth turn instead. She frowned. No passage felt right. Had she followed her instinct she would hav-… She felt the tuck of his hand in hers and she noticed him leading her with him to the door with the scream. And she simply followed him. In through the first door. And then to the next one. The automatic closing of the first door hadn’t even crossed her mind, dazed by being where someone like her shouldn’t be.
The sight was in truth very disturbing for Saga, even if she didn’t express it much in her face. But even with the missing sympathy to the fairy it horrified her in her core and stayed with her still as the door had been closed. However, her eyes were still locked on the door, remembering what was on the other side. Her cheeks tensed. Where Joseph is in. Of course. Motivation suddenly shot up in her and even with her stoic self she seemed determent as she towards the door, she was sure they had just passed through from the entrance. “I have an idea. You remember, Clarissa? The demon who help us the time you entered my mind? She told me something a couple of months ago. Something…” Saga trailed off. Didn’t even finish her sentence. Didn’t even look at Ajax. Something where Joseph was. Joseph had taken the fairy under his wing. Told her he could help her. Help always… calmed. The silent door. Saga’s hand relaxed completely and then softly glided out of his, tingling his palm, just has she stepped away from him and in the direction of the door. Her own mind had had her forget the importance of staying close to him. And didn’t he get a chance to stop her, she grabbed the door handle. And was it not locked or sealed.. she’d walk right through it without hesitation.
