| Tid: Omtrent 23:00 søndag aften. Sted: The Cauldron. Omgivelser: Rimelig godt gang i den for en søndag. Vejr: Udenfor er det vindstille med let støvregn. Outfit: Link her, men plus hår og øreringe som på profilbilledet. @Terra_____________________________________________ Han havde efterhånden arbejdet her lidt tid, og nød meget at have noget andet at lave end kun skole hele tiden. Men igen - sådan fungerede al fe magi jo. |

| Outfit however silver hair ______ Terra was ever tired of the same thing over and over again. Surely her mother had started this bar, but eventually it wouldn’t be enough for her. She knew her mother, better than most, but she had her role to play. Today she had spent some time with one of her siblings on her father’s side. It had been mostly talking and brewing some potions, but it had been nice just to let go of the facade that she had to keep up. Terra was actually a quite positive person, a very passionate one as well, often falling in love with everyone she met, much to her mother’s disgust. Why was that? Why was she not allowed to love everything now that her mother hated everything? In a way she saw it as keeping up the balance of life, but it didn’t really matter in the end. She had heard that Daehoe had taken an extra shift, and being the type of girl she was, she had taken it upon herself to bring around some dinner for the staff. Terra had made it her goal to know as much about the people that worked for her mother, as she knew herself. How was she supposed to be the right hand of her mother, if she didn’t even know the staff? Firstly she started with the people working behind the scenes, placing some of their favorite foods, placing a small spell on them so they would keep warm until they were ready to eat them. Then she moved towards the bar, saying hello to one of the new girls in the bar, handing her a small white bag with food for her. Terra then moved to Daehoe, sending him a smile. ”Annyeonghaseyo,” (good evening) she said. Her Korean was far from perfect, but she was trying her best to make the fairy feel at home. She handed him the bag intended for him. ”How is my favorite fairy this evening?” she asked with a smile grazing her lips as she picked up one of the empty glasses from the bar. |

| The evening had been going just as planned so far. He'd had a few people coming onto him, but as per his usual, that just resulted in him trying to brush it off while blushing profusely - his shy nature showing whenever someone showed a genuine interest in him like that. He didn't really know how to react and he often reverted to Korean when he was so flustered. And this had just happened again, of course - so there he was, muttering stuff in Korean that the poor British customer understood nothing of. So he turned around, took a few calming breaths while covering his face with his hand, trying to compose himself again. Luckily, the witch helping him in the bar just smiled, clapped him a bit on the shoulder, and took over for him, to get through the payment for the drink as he'd already mixed it. But at this point in time, Daeho looked up when he noticed Terra, though, and a smile reappeared on his lips, though the blush wasn't all faded yet. He took the small package from her, automatically bowing slightly while saying "Gomabseubnida," thanking her in Korean while he did so. He appreciated her trying her best with peppering in a few Korean phrases and words to make him feel more at home. Her accent had really improved, too, while, of course, it was obvious from his own pronunciation that it was, after all, his mother tongue. Which he guessed his looks also gave people a clue about. "Iuhm. I'm doing fine, I guess, just, yea, I still don't know how to handle... You know... People being so.... Direct, is that the word for it?" he said, scratching his neck a bit awkwardly. "You know, the entire, uhm. Flirting situation." he then said, sighing, before he shook his head, and the smile reappeared once more. "Anyway, how're you doing?"// Link her, til hvordan hans engelsk lyder. x) |

| Terra smiled brightly as he said thank you, understanding it was nice, it made her feel like she was actually doing something. Something good. That was all she wanted to be; good. His little bow was something different, growing up like she had it meant respect to be bowed at like this. ”Flirting situation?” she said, popping her head to the side as she looked at the costumers lining up at the bar. She shrugged and looked back at Daeho. ”I could help you with that, you know? Just like the language thing, I could teach you how to handle it, yeah?” she said in an encouraging voice. Maybe it wouldn’t be wise to do it here, her mother for one would make sure that Daeho wouldn’t live. That was at least what had happened the times her mother had caught her getting more than friendly with other people. She breathed out, looked at the watch behind the counter. It was strange, wasn’t it; how time had such a control over the mortal life that sorrounded them. Hours bled into days into months into years. That was how it was for all immortal beings, but Terra had yet to turn bitter over the ongoing time. Her hand tapped a bit at the empty glass in her hand, soon a bottle came to her, filling the glass in her hand without her uttering a word. Sure, most witches had to speak their spells, but Terra was not a mere witch. She was the daughter of the first created male witch and a long line of witches on her mother’s side. Surely her magic was nothing but spectacular, but she rarely showed it off, because then her mother demanded more work to be done. Terra let the bottle fly back to it’s usual spot while she took a sip of her drink. ”Put it on my tab,” she said jokingly. She didn’t have to pay, that was one of the benefits of going to this bar. Then she turned her gaze to the people dancing and singing along to some of the music being played. When she turned her face back towards the fairy there was something like a spark in her eyes. ”When do you get off? We could go grab some … anju?” she said, smiling as she remembered the word. ”A lot of beer and snacks is just what we need,” she said with a smile. |

| Daeho's smile brightened even further, if at all possible, seeing her bright smile, too - he loved making other people happy, and as it often happened when he was feeling something very strongly, his eyes lit up for a moment in a color corresponding to his mood - and the happiness therefore reflected in his eyes turning a warm, golden color for a few seconds, before they were back to the regular dark brown.
"Oh. Yeah, I'd like that," he then said with a smaller, softer smile when she offered to help him out with the entire flirting situation thing. When they were alone, he could get to ask a bit more about flirting customs over here, too, then - he just wasn't used to flirting being as direct as it was here in the west, in the east almost all flirting was pretty subtle, not something you just blurted out like most people seemed to do over here.
"I will," he then just joked right along when she said he should put it on her tab, and winked slightly at her, before he had to quickly go make an order for the next customer in line - mixing it, then snapping his fingers - he had a tendency to do that when working his magic, just pure old habit, not like he needed to do it for it to work - and then of course got the money before giving it to the customer, and then returning to her, once again smiling, and nodding. He liked hearing just how many words stuck around with her - she really was a fast learner.
"I'm off at midnight, and I don't need to be back at the dorms before 3 am... So yea, let's go kill some time together, I'd love that!" he agreed, the warm and bright smile still on his lips as he brushed a hand through some of his lime green hair, brushing just a bit of it behind one pierced and slightly pointed ear - another thing betraying his race, as if the thing with his eyes didn't already do it for him. |

| He was off at midnight, that sounded perfect, at least for her to manage some of her things. ”Curfew at 3 am is noted, but I might be able to bend that rule for you,” she said with a warm smile on her lips before she finished her drink, making the glass fly to the sink to be cleaned later. ”I’ll see you at midnight, alright prince charming?” she chuckled and got up from her seat. While fairies looked vastly different in many ways, Terra found it almost intriguing to look upon other races. Noticing their different aspects was so interesting to her. She moved through the bar, having some work to do herself before she could meet with Daeho once more. The hour went by in a drag, but she also knew it was just how things were. Whenever she had something planned, it felt like time slowed down and she just kept looking at the clock now and again. Finally it got to midnight, people were getting escorted to the doors and the staff was starting to clean up. Terra yawned, stretched and moved out into the bar area again. ”Good job today, guys,” she said to a few of the workers. While her mother had a certain attitude when on work, Terra just seemed more joyous. It didn’t take long to find Daeho, his green hair easily spotted. ”Ready?” she asked with a smile and saw he was still in his work clothes. ”You want to change first or?” she asked with a warm smile. It was no secret that Terra could be very different whenever her mother was around, but her mother was not there now, and she was mostly just the bubbly girl she was whenever she was feeling comfortable. She leaned against the bar and waited if he chose to change clothes, if not she led the way out through the back door and towards another part of the town. The part of the city that never slept and just walked calmly before wrapping her arm with Daeho’s. ”What are you in the mood for? Dwaeji gogi? Sogogi? Yachae?” (pork, beef, vegetables) she asked looking at him with her light brown eyes. |

| "Well... As long as I'm still back before classes, it should work out," he chuckled, winking at her. Really, he wasn't the best at keeping to the curfews anyway, and the school knew that - but he guessed they were cutting him some slack since his grades were pretty good. But her next remark, even with knowing her probably not meaning much by calling him that, still made him blush. He really couldn't help it, he just got flustered so damn easily. Which was also why he wasn't risking saying anything now, knowing how little control he could have over his voice when he was flustered, so instead he just nodded his agreement, and quickly went back to work, so he had something else to focus on, and to help the blush fade away again. And while the hour went by in a drag for her, it was quickly over for Daeho - having something to do tended to make time pass by fast, and even faster since he'd been lucky enough that another Korean had walked in here tonight, so he was doing casual small talk with him in Korean, to a lot of confused looks from other customers, trying to, and failing to, follow along in their conversation. "Yeah, I'm just gonna finish up - it'll be a minute," he said when she asked if he was ready. He quickly washed up the last glass, drying it off and hanging the dish towel on the rack before going into the back to change back to his normal clothes. Before long, he re-emerged, now re-dressed in his black longsleeve shirt, black jeans with golden studs all over, and the dark shoes with a red plaid pattern -plus, of course, his usual amount of jewellery. He followed her while quickly looking down at his phone, just checking his messages, before putting it in his pocket as she spoke again, and he smiled - yeah, that's right... They hadn't really eaten a lot together before, had they? So that might be why she'd forgotten... "Yachae, definitely. I'm a.. How to say it in English... Veji... Vagi... chaesigjuui ja? I mean, I don't eat meat," he gave up on finding the English word and just went with the Korean - because yep, he was a vegetarian. And then added the explanation just to be sure he got the right word for it, and that she got it, if she didn't know the Korean word for it, yet. But all of this probably came from him having such a close personal relation with animals, including having been in the body of animals before... he just really couldn't get himself to eat them, after that. // Link here, and link here, of the new clothes. |

| As he went to change, Terra checked her phone. She was getting used to technology slowly, but so much had changed during her life time alone. She could not fathom how much had changed in her father’s life time. He came back, making her put away her phone as they went outside. Day to day, Terra was quite the busy worker bee, either helping out her mother or the massive side of her father’s lineage. She was trying her best to balance everything, trying very hard to be perfect for both sides of the party, but it was hard keeping up the facade. That was why she liked going out with her friends, spending time on them seemed to soothe her own well being. ”Chae-sig-juui ja?” she said, almost as if she was tasting the word before nodding. ”You mean vegetarian? Or vegan perhaps?” she asked, but to her it didn’t matter. She mostly just ate what was served in front of her. ”But sure, how about kimbap?” she asked. Kimbap was in many ways like sushi, however the rolls were mostly either purely vegetarian or with pork and beef. Terra ate it mostly for the spicy kimchi, but then again she liked spicy foods. Terra took it upon herself to guide them through the streets, down to one of the small areas that contained almost what could be considered a Korea Town. While she was awfully quick to pick up on languages, she still found it hard to read the signs.
”How about here?” she asked, looking at one of the small menu cards outside. She knew that most places in Korea Town had some kind of kimbap, either their own version or at least something to do with rice. She decided before he could even answer, pulling him with her into the small eating place. It was rather cozy, decked up with small booths for privacy. The lady behind the greeting section bowed slightly, greeting them with a heavy korean accent before taking them to a booth of their own. They got some time to look at the menu card before they ordered. ”I’m starving,” Terra chuckled as she looked at the menu card. Anything he wanted he could just order, she would pay for it. The lady returned, holding a small block of paper to take their order. ”A bottle of soju, and two beers – Uhm, I think I want the vegetarian kimbap, a side of kimchi and … Oh! Can we have a kimchi buchimgae as well?” she ordered, looking at Daeho for him to order. Once he had ordered the lady disappeared into the kitchen with the order and soon returned with their drinks. Terra took a mouthful of the beer as she looked at the fairy across from her. ”So, the flirting is getting to you? Is it annoying or?” she asked, trying to merely understand if she were to help.

| It didn't take too long for him to change, so he was back with her pretty darn soon. There was a slight dusting of pink across his cheeks when she's just so casually taken his arm in hers and led the way - again, that way of being so straight forward was still really new to him and had probably been the biggest culture shock of all getting over here - that, and the lack of quite a lot of the manners he was used to back in Korea.
He nodded, mostly to silently tell her that her pronunciation of the Korean was good, and that she'd heard him correctly. "Ah, yeah, vegetarian, that was the word. I mean, I still eat stuff with eggs, and fish sometimes too, but yeah, anything else is a no go. Milk too... But that's mainly cause, yea, it gives me stomach aches..." like a lot of other Asians, he had a mild lactose intolerance. "But kimbap sounds just about perfect." he then said with a bright smile, nodding at her suggestion, simply just following along. He just kept on smiling when they got to the part of town they'd been heading for - and of course, no problem at all reading any of the signs for him. It really just made him feel a bit more at home to be surrounded by his mother tongue.
"Looks good," he barely managed to say before she'd pulled him inside. He gave a slight bow to the woman greeting them, saying his own small greeting in Korean - the accent wasn't something he'd ever mistake, so he thought he'd go a bit easy on her and just talk Korean to her, removing the slight language barrier entirely.
"Well, I ate right before I got in to work, but it does build up a bit of an appetite anyway, working the bar," he chuckled. Once she'd ordered and the woman turned to him, he smiled and ordered as well - all in Korean,of course. Choosing the vegetarian kimbap as well, a side of some fried octopus, the spiciest version of the kimchi they had, and the leek buchimgae - he really liked the taste it gave the pancake.
"Well, eh, no, it's not really annoying. I just... Idunno. I never know how to react to it. I mean, with how direct it is here. You'd never see someone coming on to someone else so obviously back home in Korea. It just doesn't happen - personal space is important for everyone there and you don't invade unless asked to... Here, I really haven't got a count on how many times someone has deliberately stroked fingers across my cheek, neck, even butt while shooting me these looks..." |

| Terra took her time to listen to Daeho's worries, chuckling a bit as he mentioned the ways people had tried flirting with him, but she did take it rather seriously. "If they touch you and you don't want it, it's sexual harassment - and that's wrong on so many levels," she said, thanking the waitress as she came with their drinks. She took a sip of her beer as she looked at the fairy with a wondering expression on her face. "I guess in the west things are very different, but I think it's important you remember where your limits go - you are not a slave, you are free to do and act as you see fit," Terra said, with a serious expression looming over her pretty face. Sure, the witch loved having fun, but when he spoke of getting touched like this, she got worried. She didn't want the fairy to get hurt, she saw him as a true friend, someone she could rely on when she needed to have a bit of fun. She took another sip of her beer and bit her lower lip a bit as she thought about how to handle it. "Okay, let's pretend I'm flirting with you, and you are telling me that you are not interested," she suggested, placing the bottle on the table, adjusting her dress a little. She took a deep breath, closed her eyes for a while before she looked to him again. This times her eyes were soft, her expression relaxed and she leaned closer to him. "I like it when you laugh, it sounds like music," she whispered in a sensual tone, moving closer to him, licking her lips a bit. Her hand she placed on his thigh, her fingers not afraid of grabbing a bit at the fabric. "I wonder what sounds you could make if I took you home with me," she whispered, leaning closer to his face. Terra was not usually like this, but she reminded herself that it was to help Daeho, and not something that she needed to worry about. |

| Daeho bit his lip a little, looking away and shrugging. He wouldn't go as far as to call it sexual harassment, as she did - but then again, that just might be his insecurity speaking, that he didn't want to draw attention to himself like that... A bit contradictory with how attention-grabbing his hair color and style always was, but well, he was complex like that. Always seeming incredibly confident to strangers, while his friends knew just how insecure he really was behind that exterior.
He thanked the waitress in Korean when their drinks arrived, and gratefully took a sip of his while Terra spoke again, and his gaze returned to the older witch in front of him. Of course he knew that he was nothing like a slave - but he also just didn't feel up to speaking up all too loudly about stuff like this, he preferred to never be an inconvenience for anybody.
And even though he knew it was purely acting on her part, the very same thing happened as when it was 'real' - the moment she touched him like that, spoke to him like that... He froze, and a violent blush pretty soon occupied almost the entirety of his face, his shy nature really showing itself with that and how his eyes changed to pink, matching the blush pretty well. He opened and closed his mouth several times, just about to say something, but the words died on his tongue every time. Just how on earth was he actually supposed to be able to say anything when stuff like this happened? He couldn't even get a single word out in Korean, much less English! |

| As he just froze up she sighed, shaking her head and leaning away. "Dae, that isn't helping," she said, looking at the food in front of them now. She picked up her chopsticks, picking up some of the kimbap before popping it in her mouth. A satisfied smile on her lips as she chewed, making a happy sound at the taste alone. She covered her mouth with her hand. "God, I can't remember when I've last had this good food," she chuckled, picking up another piece. She looked to Daeho as she chewed, wondering what she could do to help him. The guy was hopeless. She took his hand, giving it a squeeze. "I guess we'll just have to work at it, right?" she said in a hopeful voice.

| The moment she'd leant back in the chair again, he automatically relaxed a bit more, but it took a few deep breaths, before he could even really think in words again, and awkwardly scratched at his neck. "I know... Sorry, I just... I can't help it..." with the first few words, his accent was even thicker than usually, too, as if his brain had to properly kick into gear again. "... I can't even think when it happens..."
He sighed, and ran a hand through his hair, though smiling at their waiter when the food had arrived, and grabbed a few pieces of the fried octopus as his first choice, following it up with a sip of his soju. She brought a smile to his face again with her enthusiasm for the food, though - and he had to agree, it was really good... Just the way his Dad used to make the stuff.
He looked down at their hands when she grabbed his in hers, and softly smiled at her, giving her hand a gentle squeeze in return. "Yeah, I guess we do. Sometimes I just wish people were as easy to figure out and be around as animals..." he then said, with a slight chuckle. Being an animal fairy, he had of course always had an extremely easy time with animals of all kinds. |

| "I know, but I just wouldn't want to imagine what could happen if you just went along with whatever some dude was doing," Terra said in a worried voice. Surely, she believed in the best of others, but she also knew of the sinister side that some people had lurking in them. She breathed out, taking a sip of her soju as she poked to some of the food with her chopsticks. "I guess I care about you a lot, Dae, and I don't want you to get hurt because I couldn't help you," she said in a more serious voice. She looked up at the fairy, a pondering in her eyes as she looked at him for a while. Biting her lip before she separated them to speak once more. "Have you actually ... Done it yet?" she asked a little curiously. |

| Daeho sighed and looked off to the side. "I'll be fine... I have been, before." he muttered, remembering last time it had almost gone wrong. A demon had tried to get him to go along with whatever scheme he'd planned in his head - but the guy didn't get around to catching Daeho before he'd already been flying away in his fairy form, for once able to ignore his fear of heights as his fear of that guy had been way worse. But that was ages ago now - about twenty years ago. He rarely ever thought about it, anymore.
"I get that... And thank you. For... Well, for just caring, I guess," he then said, smiling softly at her, his eyes right now back to his natural, dark brown. Then, her next question made him blush just a little bit, once again - though his wasn't a full-on blush, more like a very faint dusting of red. "... Once... Maybe twice... I don't really remember. Why?" it had been quite a while ago, so he wasn't even really sure at this point in time. |

| Terra couldn't force him to be safe, but she did worry. She believed everyone had the possibility to protect themselves, but she saw so much good in the fairy she was with that it could hurt a little. The last thing she wanted was for him to hurt, or to get hurt. Perhaps her mother was right, she had too much sympathy for her own good, but what rule said that you couldn't care for everyone? Of course it meant getting hurt from time to time, but Terra saw the hurt as necessary to learn from her past. "Don't mention it, I worry a lot and my mother always said my greatest weakness was my heart," she chuckled. However her mother was right. She might be weak from the love she always felt in her chest for those close to her. As he said he couldn't remember she frowned. How could you not remember such a thing? "Maybe because I think you seem rather innocent - I didn't mean to offend you," she said in an honest voice, placing a hand over her heart as she wanted to show her sincerity. "You just don't seem like one who's experienced a lot of intimacy," she said truthfully, a shy smile on her lips. |

| Daeho looked a bit at the soju in his glass, swirling it around a bit before he took another sip of it, followed by another bite of food, and then softly bit his lip while scratching the back of his neck a little awkwardly. "I can see why some might say that, but I'd say it's your biggest strength," he then said, with a small, soft smile. But then again, he was also a pretty empathic guy, so he might be biased. But you needed to be able to feel with other people to really get to know them, right?
And her thinking he seemed rather innocent, well, she was by far not the first one to say so. His first ever girlfriend had actually broken up with him because he had been too 'pure' for her tastes, apparently... Sigh. It just wasn't easy, any of this. There was a good reason he often preferred animals over people. So much easier to be around and they loved you for being 'pure'. "Oh, you didn't... You're not the first one to think like that, about me. Far from." he said with a small, soft smile, then. And, well, compared to others, he really hadn't experienced a lot of it, had he? Especially not the ones of the same age as himself. But then again, he'd lived a pretty secluded life, the first half of his life. |
