Lucifer was just tired and annoyed. She had to do everything. She felt she couldn’t count on anything anymore. Perhaps it was better that way. It was what she had always been taught anyway, even if it was unintentionally. She did one bad thing, and it caused her to be cast out of heaven by her brother by the order of her father. She had always known, you couldn’t count on anyone. She had learned so time and time again with most of her children. There was only a few she still felt she could trust. Samaira was not one of them. She had disappointed time and time again, and Lucifer was done with it. She had to do something, so she was going back in Samaira’s life, finding the people she cared about and made sure to let them know what would happen, if they were trying to help her or guide her into something more than what she was. She could not be saved, not if Lucifer had something to do with it. First was a demon who had been in Samaira’s life when she was still a young girl. Later she might find the exes and keep them at bay as well. If she could. Being pregnant in 7th month came with few advantages. Not many feared a pregnant woman, especially not when she was not taller than she was. She didn’t even reach 160 cm. But then again, it was amusing to see when people realized she was definitely not one to be bothered. She strolled the street, looking for the face of the man she was searching. She had put her feelers out, asked her followers to keep an eye out for him. Last she heard; he had been around this part of town. She saw him further down the road and sped up to reach him. ”Mr. Montgomery,” she said loud enough for him to hear. She was not as fast as she had been, and had to require his attention in other ways.

Not because the incubus really wanted to be out in the streets, but he kinda had to, since he was running out of cigarettes and had nothing to eat in his fridge. Out of his pocket he pulled a package of cigarettes together with a lighter, got the cig started and stuffed it back in the pocket. He took a longing drag of the cigarette, let the smoke come down and make a U-turn in his lungs, before blowing it out of his nose, as if he was a dragon. A soft humming came from him as he was walking through the streets, not paying much attention to the people around him, but they noticed him for sure, was it because of his aura? He didn’t really care much about people sitting there drooling like a dog over him, he had things to do, places to be. He was humming one of the songs he recently wrote in the middle of the night, in another endless night with no sleep for the wicked. As someone bumped into him, he’d look up raising an eyebrow before being on his way, on his quest to get food and cigarettes. He stopped as he heard someone say his lastname, which he wasn’t really used to. He turned around and saw Lucifer standing before him. Killian bowed his head at the lady Morningstar. What brings you here? he asked letting his eyes trail over her body to her stomach ”A congratulations must be on its right place” he said smiling at her referring to her being pregnant. He took another drag of the cigarette and blew the smoke out in another direction than Lucifer was standing.

It was no surprise people knew of her new form, especially not her beloved demons. Her energy level was also something different from most angels. ”Raise up,” she ordered him. She didn’t need to get more attention than necessary. She looked at him with a neutral expression. ”Whatever for?” To her, pregnancy was nothing something to be desired. It was however a way of creating something to be controlled. She had big plans for this baby. She looked at the demon almost as if she was seeking for something in his face. ”No matter,” she said, placing her hands on her hips. ”I am here in regards of my daughter. To my knowledge, you were quite close with the young Samaira when she grew up. Unfortunately, she is not living up to her potential. I am here for one reason only.” She stepped closer to him, tilting her head back to look up at him. ”Do not contact her. She needs solitude to be who she is meant to. Do not tempt her to be anything other than what she is.” Hopefully one of her demons would understand that. Samaira needed to be rid of all these feelings of hope for happiness and something mundane. She would never be mundane.
