Oscar smiled a little as she leaned her head into his hand. It was a nice feeling, even more the words that she used. He liked those words leaving her and would to some extend wish for her to repeat them. “Kingdom?” he wondered with furrowed brows, “So, how stupid was my suggestion?” he wondered with a humming voice. His brow was slightly raised, and a crooked smile was formed on his lips, already knowing that what emotionless him had said would probably be something idiotic. But who had he shared the idea to? After all, he hadn’t been all that pleased that two of his children knew about it. He would have preferred it only to be Letha and Melanie, but things were never really how one wanted it to be, was It now? It wasn’t really because Oscar was impatient, but they really should get their shower done so they could go to bed, which was why he let his hand fall from her neck and to the bottom of her shirt, slowly pulling it up with both hands, making sure that she was comfortable with him undressing her after everything that had happened today.

“Oh boy” she chuckled shaking her head a little, when it was clear to her that he was behaving like a person that had gotten too much to drink on a night in town and had blacked out. “You ended up at our oldest son casino, where Rebekah Sinclair were doing business with him” she licked her lips, letting her eyes glide over his expression both to see how he took her news, but also if anything started to resurface. Her fingers pushed some of his hair behind his ear before she turned around to walk over and turn on the shower. Even if they didn’t need the heat, it was still a nice feeling when you felt the illusion of being a hot-blooded creature for a moment. “Well, if I understood it correctly I think you wanted to overthrow the king in Gaia and take his place, but as of right now there are problems in silent city, and I’ve made plans to meet up with Rebekah to see if we can come to an understanding” turning back to face him “if you still want a kingdom, that is” she gave him a slight teasing smile, before she started to undress herself. Ace might have healed up her wounds, but they still ached after being so violently broken. Which was visible in how she moved and the faces that she pulled as if something was hurting her.

“Oh no,” he said right after her, though a smile was spread on his lips, curious of how bad it was. She then proceeded to talk about how he had visited River’s casino, and already right there, he was getting tired and rested his head shortly against Letha’s shoulder, groaning. When she mentioned Rebekah, he pulled his head back up and looked at her, “I went to talk to her, didn’t I?” He watched her as she turned to turn on the shower. “Letha, don’t keep secrets now,” he laughed, knowing very well that she was going to explain further in a moment. The way she dragged the time out just increased the tension of how stupid he had been. He raised his brows as she mentioned Silent City. “Well,” he said and moved closer to her and started helping her so she wouldn’t have to stretch herself to places where it hurt or strained. “I wouldn’t mind having you as my queen if we got a kingdom,” he told her, as soon as a piece of her clothing was off, his powers made sure to fold it and put it away so it wouldn’t accidentally get wet, his powers also made sure to start undressing him. He was used to have multiple task going on when he used his ability, and everything happened with ease. “And Silent City does sound way more ideal than throwing off that baby boy. There’s no reason to make enemies with people who have a great alliance,” he said and leaned in to give her cheek a short kiss.

Letha got her shirt off, then looked over her shoulder after seeing how it floated away and started folding up. A small smirk formed over her lips as she heard what he said. His Queen. Now, maybe it was childish, but she couldn’t help the feeling that spread through her body like wildfire. The small flip of her stomach and how she wanted to curl her toes because of how much she liked him saying that. A kingdom, being a Queen. She licked her lips and started working on her pants instead. There had never been a time in the eighty years she had lived like Letha, she had ever desired to become a Queen. Or even possess something greater than just a home. But now? Well. Maybe that was the old Ilene showing, a woman that liked power, even if it was not the same feeling as it had been back then. Because they could do good in Silent City, she was sure of it. So many vampires were running rampant much like Oscar had done today, if they could sort those out things would become much better. Maybe it wasn’t such a bad idea after all?
Letha hummed as he mentioned that they shouldn’t make enemies, closing her eyes as he kissed her cheek. “Well, I’m just happy that I managed to get you back before that actually happened” she hummed, knowing that it might very well had ended up with him and Rebekah becoming enemies if he had gone and thrown Alexander Mikaelson off the throne.

He hummed a little in agreement. He too was happy that he was stopped before he did something that couldn’t be changed. Thank goodness that he hadn’t just been walking straight to Alexander’s door and beat his ass. He could almost have imagined how much trouble that would have started. “I really appreciate everything you did today,” he said and kissed her slowly down against her neck. “And I’m sorry for the trouble I’ve caused,” he said, removing his shirt fully before he managed to push his pants down, and step out of them, letting his powers take them away from his ankles, taking his socks too, “I’ll make sure to tell Rebekah that I’m sorry,” he said with a light smile before he leaned in to kiss her on her lips.

She hummed when he told her that he appreciated what she had done, feeling goosebumps all over her body as he kissed her neck. Her eyes closed and she could hear even better how he was almost standing completely naked in front of her. And even though she was far too tired, she couldn’t help herself by getting a little excited. Damned man.
“I’m sure you’ll find a way to make it up to her” she whispered just before their lips met. There wasn’t a second of doubt before she kissed him back, maybe with much greater passion than she had ever done. It was like her entire being was filled with the brim of love she had for him. As if she had finally found a way to connect all the personalities into one. Taking all the best bits, and some of them were the eternal love that she had for the man. “Just don’t make her too happy” she hummed, as she broke their kiss only to take it up again after the words had left her lips.

A hum left Oscar, as Letha mentioned that she was certain that he could find a way to make it up to Rebekah. He had the same hope as her. The passion that Letha put into her kiss almost blew Oscar over, but he quickly picked up a matching passion, but the passion was followed by excitement. When she broke the kiss to tell him not to make Rebekah too happy, he looked at her for a moment before he chuckled a little, “Don’t worry,” he mumbled before their lips met again. His hands found any edge of clothing that she was wearing and made sure to remove what was left on both of them before he with his arms around her made her walk into the bath with him. “That’s reserved to you,” he mumbled before he let his lips meet hers yet again.

She hummed happily against his lips as he told her that it was only reserved for her. It shouldn’t make her as happy as it did, maybe there was still that slight pang of guilt for moving on so fast. Or that she could confess her love like this, to someone else after she had spent almost a year with Zadkiel. But she couldn’t help it, not when it was Oscar, not when it was him.
Backing under the shower while their lips were still hanging on to each other, as if their lives depended on it. She wanted nothing more than to just let the whole world swallow her, as long as it took him with her. They could be in their own universe for all she cared, which only dragged the point across of how much she would do for him. What she would be able to achieve with him by her side. Which was also something that scared her, something that probably also had scared her back when she hadn’t been very old which had made her act out the way she had done.
Her fingers caressed over his cheeks as she pulled away. Feeling the hot water form around their bodies. “I love you, you know” she whispered giving him a small smile as her fingers pushed back his hair.

She pulled away in a caring matter, and he had to blink a little to make sure he didn’t get water into his eyes. The words that left her made his stomach turn. Butterflies living in his body making him pleasurably uneasy. Was it anxiety for what might come if he let the same words spill? He loosened his grip around her, but didn’t let fully go of her. “I know,” he whispered. For a moment, he felt like his heart was beating in his throat, but he knew all too well that it wasn’t. “I love you, Letha,” he said in the same low voice. The world wasn’t crumbling around them. Everything was the same. “But you might be loving me more,” he added and let his thumbs carefully caress the front of her hipbone.

The small smile that formed over her lips, was more than enough to tell him that she understood and didn’t hold it against him. Or at least she hoped that it was what it conveyed. Her fingers glided over his cheek and then moved some of his hair behind his ear. “It’s enough that you love me, love shouldn’t be measured in quantity, and love can’t be even, that’s just the point” she hummed, shifting her eyes so they looked into his instead. For a moment she closed her eyes, as she felt the gentle touch against her hip. It was amazing to think that such a small gesture could mean so much to her. Maybe this was a match that should never have happened, maybe she was a fool for thinking that this would work, and that she deserved the type of abuse that he put her through. Even if it wasn’t always intentionally. But she didn’t care, because when it came down to it, she was happy when she was near him. She loved him. There wasn’t anyone else she would rather be with, even if it meant people would shake their head and try to warn her and pull them apart.
Letha leaned in and kissed him again, letting her arms glide behind his neck and pulled him closer once again.
