It had been some tough days, and most of them seemed to just blend in with each other. Work, planning funeral, talking with Cecilia on the phone, focusing on actually doing things correctly in first try and hope for Letha’s feelings to smudge off onto him. He knew she did her best – and so did he. He didn’t want to bring her down. But whenever they went to bed and it seemed like she had fallen asleep, thoughts or nightmares made feelings take control. As soon as the feelings were holding the wheel, he had to seek comfort in order to get just a couple of hours sleep. The mornings had also been quite rough and he spent most of them in the bathroom or in his trainingroom, hoping that Letha wouldn’t hear him.

Letha tugged their merged fingers, which made Zadkiel stop and look at her, in the middle of drinking his slush ice. How about we do something fun and crazy today? Her voice almost seemed daring and his brown eyes followed her hand towards the sign, letting go of the straw between his lips. “Uh-,” He looked down at Letha again, seeing how she licked her lips and suddenly left to enter the shop alone. It didn’t take much thought before he followed right behind her. He couldn’t be seen walking in alone, that would be weird – or?
As soon as he got close enough he let a hand slide across her lower back to grab around her hip, “It didn’t seem like I had much of a choice,” he whispered while giving her a small peck behind her ear, before he straightened back up to see what the shop actually had in store. It seemed quite sober. Most things were wrapped in packages and few items were out of the package to show the customer what was inside the box. “Is there anything specific you’re searching for?” Zadkiel asked with a low voice.

She walked out from his grip, and his free hand sought to his pocket so he wouldn’t pick something up. She picked up some leather cuffs and he pulled on a gentle smirk. He knew quite well, that even if he thought of only her wearing them, the possibility of them ending around his wrists was quite grand. But he didn’t mind it – or at least not yet. After all, it had only been a week of exploring each other’s bodies – most often more than once a day. It was new and exciting – and a coping mechanism.
He only got to shake his head lightly “It’s alright,” he said with a low voice, before she put them down and draw her attention somewhere else. Zadkiels eyes followed Letha’s only to meet a seller, who of course asked if they needed help. Zadkiel could almost feel how color left his face and he looked at Letha in slight panic. Luckily, she replied. It gave some rest to him and he could look back, shortly to nod approvingly. Zadkiel was honestly not feeling like getting any help this early. If they had just had a few more minutes to look around, that would have been great. This was also the reason why he tried not to look directly at the seller, but somewhere between her and Letha – in a slight panic. Zadkiel then realized that he had a drink with him inside a shop and tried to hide it behind his back while the seller explained her recommendations. Edible lube, cream and spanking. The hand from his pocket sought up to his neck nervously. “I mean… I’ve always though ropes seemed interesting,” he almost mumbled. So far, he had just used his hands or a tie if he wanted something out of the way, but with ropes or cuffs it could get easier – or at least that was what he believed. “Or, you know… Just being tied, I guess,” he tried to explain. This had really caught him of guard… Letha had better make up for it later.

Letha hadn’t seen that coming by the way her eyes widened. Well, he hadn’t shared much of his fantasies in general, so he didn’t blame her, except for the fact that she was having all of the fun. He envied that. Most people like you-. Auch. He nodded slightly, still uncomfortable, as the seller said she would take Letha with her. He felt like a puppy being left outside a shop, waiting for his owner to come back. So, lost in the world and unable to do much without Letha. How could he be so uncomforta-breastclamps. His eyes had locked themselves on the package and even though he tried to look somewhere else, leaving it be, he found himself picking it up and reading on the back of the package.
Guarantied? It made Zadkiel almost jump ten feet into the air, before he calmly put the package down. His eyes glanced over the shop trying to find Letha, spotting both heads close to a wall. His eyes removed themselves and with his feet, he wandered along. Cockrings, fleshlights, pumps, plugs, movies, costumes… And Letha’s legs. He shouldn’t interrupt. He slowly turned around to see if anything caught his eyes again.

Zadkiel looked over his shoulder to find Letha grabbing a basket and putting one hand in his backpocket. He opened his mouth to reply, before he decided. He could always change his mind when they got to the checkout, right? “Not yet,” he exhaled and looked over at her. “But it seems like she convinced you?” he asked with a slight curious smirk, wondering what she had in the basket. Maybe he had some input? It wasn’t like he was a female, but after all he had been online…

Extra condoms. Yes, good idea. “Mhm,” he replied as she gave him a small peck and followed her. His smile widened as she asked why it would have flavour. “Well, yes it would feel better without,” he said with a slight chuckle, “But some might be nervous about blowjobs or wouldn’t want to catch a STD if it was a one night stand,” he replied with a somewhat low voice. He really didn’t want the saleswoman to sneak up and correct him, since he was quite sure of his reply and would feel completely stupid if there had been another reason. “But, if you wan’t to try a flavour…” his eyes looked over the many flavours  and he pressed his lips together thoughtfully. His eyes shortly looked up at the hangers, seeing different kinds of  types. Some with small bumps, some thin, some with quantity over quality and some extra-large.

He shrugged as she said she understood, but could not imagine the taste being good, “Neither can I” he said, letting his eyes follow her hand as she put back the condoms with strawberry taste. She would rather try edible lotions, and send him a smirk and a wink, making him smile a boyish smile. “Sounds good,” he said shortly and quite subtle licking his bottom lip. He frowned slightly, narrowing his eyes a bit when she mentioned chocolate sauce. “Do you want to do the laundry?” he asked raising his eyebrows slightly. Having chocolate sauce in bed would definitely stain the sheets if you weren’t careful or licked everything of the body. “And I think that would be sticky in another way,” he said thoughtfully. Chocolate sauce was filled with sugar after all, right? He looked at a nearby lotion and grabbed a bottle. He had not noticed what taste it was. His eyes wandered over the usage on the back of the bottle. “I believe some of these can also b-… Yup, can be used as lube too,” he said looking up at Letha. “I think chocolate sauce would cause some trouble,” he said with a slight smirk. He had many reasons to why he did not think it would be a good idea to use real chocolate sauce, but he understood why she thought of it that way and it did indeed put some edible sexual fantasies in motion.

His brown eyes once again followed her motion as she spoke and grabbed a package of condoms. “Are you sure?” Of course, he liked the idea of some other protection, since a pill or IUD or similar would make spontaneous events easier – but didn’t female protection some nasty side effects?
Shivers ran down his spine as she mentioned robes and he moved his eyes up to hers, before they glided in the direction of where she looked. “E- I don’t know,” he said before his eyes looked back at her. “I think I need to study a bit about it… I wouldn’t want to hurt you,” he said looking softly at her. Though he knew she could handle a lot, some things wouldn’t feel nice and there was some security  ways to tie ropes too – right? By the way she almost seemed quite interested in his small sprout of fantasy, he slowly gave in, “-or… We can just by some and experiment,” he sighed exhaled ready to follow her if she wanted to look at ropes.

Zadkiel pulled a smile as she complained about him suggesting that she did the laundry if they used chocolate sauce instead of flavored lotion. The nickname she called him, and the small push made his teeth show in his smile. He knew she was joking, but somehow, he felt like he needed to reassure her. Therefore, he took a step closer letting his arms close around her, rest on her lower back, “You are doing everything you have to do,” he whispered. Though it was a joke, there might have been some kind of truth in her joke. Maybe she felt like she didn’t do enough, but she did just what she should, and he didn’t mind being in charge of all the cleaning, cooking, and laundry, nor if she had a day off. She should be allowed to relax, and he found some peace in doing the chores anyway – at least that was what he told himself.
As she mentioned a witch to help her with birth control, looked confused at her. He had definitely not been thinking in the lanes of magic, “Oh, I-… I hadn’t thought of magic. I thought of hormones and such,” he said lessening the narrowed brows, “But remember that any kind of magic has is price. I don’t think asking witches is that easy either,” he said pulling on a slight smile. He didn’t want to risk her health.

She pulled him into a kiss, clearly telling him that he shouldn’t worry about having to study. He sighed slightly as she hushed. “Fine,” he mumbled before he reciprocated the kiss. They might be able to figure something out together. He followed her, right behind her into the section with ropes. It was like she already knew about the quality of ropes when she approached the nicer quality of ropes. “So… Do you want to go with the gut feel or should we ask for help?” he asked, standing behind her, letting his hand follow er arm to the rope she was inspecting with her fingertips. There were so many colors, diameters, materials and not to mention of how the rope was braided. His eyes stumbled upon a small poster with different types of knots and how to tie them. He knew most of them by heart already, from being in the military, but it was still interesting. He was sure that there was a lot of things to study about.

He smiled gently at her, a slightly crooked smile, “We always do,” he mumbled into her ear, feeling how she suddenly seemed to lean up against him, he let an arm wrap around her, just to make sure she wouldn’t for some reason collapse and in general just to keep her close. He gave her a very gentle peck behind her ear.

He pulled his lips away from her ear and looked at the options they had as she mentioned just taking a few and see what would fit them. Without really getting to reply, she pulled three different types of rope down. He picked them up and felt them in his hands for a short while. “Yeah. I think you have a great eye for this,” he said, even though none of them had any knowledge of ropes included in sex.

A small chuckle left Zadkiel as she mentioned she had seen a good portion of ropes in her time. He almost mirrored the smirk she gave him. She decided that it was time to pay, “I think I got everything I need – right here,” he said as he let his hand slide away from her stomach down alongside her body until his fingers couldn’t reach her. With a slight smile, he watched her approach the cash register before he caught him self having to follow up. He showed his hands, to tell them that he had nothing else he needed and that they could finish the receipt.

When he got to the counter, he was reminded of his drink, which he grabbed. He could feel how it had melted and was more watery now, but it was alright. With his free hand, they both thought of holding hands on their way out. They stopped right outside the shop, for her to give him a peck on the cheek. He took a sip of the drink and looked over at her when she asked where he wanted to go. “Don’t you think it’s time to call it a day?” he asked when he had swallowed his sip. He leaned down to give her a small peck on the corner of her mouth.

She mentioned different kinds of transportation, which made him smile. It seemed like they had the same mindset. They had to get home fast because they wanted to experiment. It wasn’t really that weird that sex shops had that effect on couples. ”Definitely not walking,” he chuckled. The mention of an uber reminded him of the night where she had been drugged and he had tried to take care of her as well as he could. He was about to reply to the fact that she wanted him home, when she kissed his jawline, winking before she walked towards the bus stop and started a slight running. Was she teasing him about being slow? He chuckled before he started to run after where with a wide grinning smile. Running past a bin, he threw out his drink,  so his hands were completely free. If he got close enough to her, he’d grab onto her, get in front of her, lift her and twirl her around twice before he would put her down again. With a wide smile on his lip he would grab her hand, give her a calm passionate kiss before he would end it and ‘drag’ her towards the bus they could take home. “The uber might be faster?” he said looking over his shoulder.

Zadkiel chuckled as she mentioned it was their lucky day, that their bus was just driving around the corner to greet them. They reached the bus and they both checked in with a pling, only to realize that it was filled to the brim. He held her hand and followed her as all the way into a corner, right next to an older lady. Zadkiel saw the smile on her lips and knew something was up as she leaned in to whisper in his ear. He couldn’t keep himself from smiling, and let his arm wrap around her, with his fingers resting daringly above her butt, pulling her slightly closer so they stood body against body. “I don’t know how much you’re going to discover if you’re all tied up,” he whispered teasingly. He was pretty sure the old lady could not hear him, but of course you could never be sure. He just did his best not to look at her, and hopefully the old lady wouldn’t lipread his words. He pulled his head slightly back, to kiss her right next to her ear, on her cheek and finally on her mouth.

She seemed to like being somewhat public with the affection that he gave her. How she seemed to be holding back moans, which she seemingly wouldn’t have held back if they were in their apartment. Her arms wrapped around his neck, and he couldn’t really stop himself from letting his hands wrap around her buttocks. They fitted so nicely in his hands.

a soft chuckle left his lips, as she mentioned she might even like it even more to be tied up. “There’s only one way to find out,” he whispered back to her and let his fingers tighten just a little bit. “It’s almost a shame it’s such a long way home,” he said and pressed her bottom closer to him. His pants was tighter now, than just before they got onto the bus, and he did whatever he could, to make sure that she could feel just that against herself.
