What an Absolut shit show it had been. Luckily for her, she had gotten herself a job and an apartment, that was also the last of her money that she had been able to save up with various jobs along the road from last she had been killed too now. 2012 seemed so far away, maybe she shouldn’t have come back, stayed away and then she didn’t need to go through this heartbreak.
The cigarette tickled her nose as she took another drag, why was she even here? The evening had been dead, no interesting person site, and what she really was something or someone that could take her mind off things. Not this were she actually just thought about it more than she wanted to.

She drowned her drink and looked to the side as a weird smell and aura pushed over her, like someone had taken a shovel and hit her in the face. She had never met or smelled something quite like that. When their eyes met it was electric, even as it didn’t show on Selene’s face. Then the beautiful creature disappeared into the club she was just about to leave.
“Well seems like the evening is just about to get interesting” Selene mumbled for herself, as she took the last drag from her cig and threw it on the ground.

The atmosphere of people dancing and being in a good mood hit her right away. She could smell sweet, alcohol, someone was doing drugs in the bathroom. But then there was the special woman’s smell again. Without hesitation she walked up to her in the bar, and leaned up against the bar countertop “Hello” she said with a smile “To sound unbearable cliché, can I buy you a drink?” Her dark eyes turned towards the blond woman taking in her impeccable beauty, almost enough to take the older woman’s breath away.

It was a Saturday, and that meant she was going for a night of fun and fun she was going to have. She didn't know if it was going to a night, in which she would meet someone she'd once known a lot of, as it had been with Caine after she'd come back. She had found women beautiful and there had been times she'd wanted to be a certain woman, yet the feeling of warmth on her body, as she'd walked past the woman from outside, it was something else entirely. As she'd gotten to the bar, she heard a voice talking to her, and much to her own happiness or at least current pleasing. A smile appeared on her lips, and she tilted her head slightly "Well, a bit of something cheesy can be quite charming once in a while, especially coming from someone as beautiful as you," she commented, not even knowing where it came from. She could be quite confident, especially considering how she'd been when she started out after having been taken in by Michael. Yet this was a bit different, as she'd never seen herself being with a woman "though, I never say no to a drink."

Selene lips split into a smile and showed her abnormal sharper teeth than normal humans had, her finger glided over her one eyebrow where she had shaved a small piece of as if she had a scar there. Didn’t really know why she still did it, it was something that had happened after a bar fight were a person had hit her in the head with a bottle, which had spilt her forehead open. “Well, I’m glad it had the wanted affect instead of frighting you off” even as Selene had never been with others than her former mate Walter, she had never doubted her attraction to the same sex. The only reason she never had done anything about it, had been because of Walter and that had always filled her carnal need for intimacy. Now that he had cut her off, rather brutally and she had walked away from his pack and out of his life. She could finally get out there again, not giving a care of who or what it was with. To be fair, unless it was all kinds of freaky, she was open to all kinds of experiences.

“Well then let’s get you something to drink, what is your poison?” she asked, and leaned over the desk and got the eye contact of the male bartender. Even as many might think Selene was very rough of the edges, the dark and alluring energy that she gave off, could captive almost anyone. Because to be fair, she was everybody’s type.
Just not Walters, anymore. She hissed a little of her own damned thoughts, but the bartender came over and gave them both a charming smile. “I’ll have a blind lemon Jefferson, and she’ll have” she turned towards the beautiful woman she had still not gotten the name of and gave her a smirk. As the bartender walked off she turned around and put her albows on the counter “My name is Selene by the way, and your name is?”

She chuckled softly, lifting her hand up and softly letting her fingers rest against her lips as she seemed unable to look away from this woman. There was this raw power around her, it was unlike anything she'd ever seen before, and it could almost be addicting. They were just standing there and talking to each other, and yet she had this idea there was so much more to the other woman, than what just met the eye "Somehow I couldn't imagine you saying something and it being taken the wrong way," this was, of course, only what she'd taken from the first impressions of her, the power around her, it was quite seductive. It wasn't like the demons she'd met or the angels, it was more animalistic, and in a way, it reminded her of a person, whom she wasn't able to bring a face to and one she didn't know if he was a dream or a reality.
She didn't get to answer the question before the woman seemed caught in thoughts and then started ordering with the bartender "I'll take a martini." She liked alcohol, or it was something she'd learned to love and now indeed very much needed in her life, it was the same with coffee and maybe even sex. It gave her a sense of control and made her feel good. Sex was a source of comfort and knowing someone found her to be sexy and beautiful. "It's a pleasure meeting you, I'm Persephone," the smile lingered on her lips, and her gaze never once left Selene's.

A Martini? That was a very acquired taste that you didn’t often see in a such a young woman. Selene’s dark eyes drank her in, all the small features that you might not see because of being blinded with her admittedly drawing beauty. She saw the drawing electric eyes, how they would draw you in and almost make you forget ow to beath, her small pointy nose to her plum inviting lips. Everything about her just screamed exquisiteness in a level that the werewolf was not familiar with. In the end it made her think, that maybe this woman was older than she looked. But there was also an innocence to her, that didn’t really make Selene feel that she could be as old as some other people she had meet on her journey home. She ended up with taking a deep breath in and let her tongue slowly lick her bottom lip.

Selene’s fingers reached out and let the fingertips glide over the sun kissed skin and pulled some of the blond hair strands behind her ear “I think the pleasure is all mine” Selene said with a smoky voice as her lips pulled up in a slight half smile. As the drinks was put in front of them, Selene put some of her last money on the countertop and pushed it towards the bartender. She put her fingers around the cold glass, feeling how it almost made her fingers wet because of the condense water that had built on the outside.

“for meeting new interesting people” her hoarse husky voice said, and Selene leaned forward towards Persephone. She clinked her glass towards Persie’s and took a sip. How she loved the taste of lemon, the bitter yet sweet flavour was always so refreshing.
“So, tell me Persie, what brings you out this evening?” it might be a boring normal question, but why always try to invent something new and alluring, when the classics worked?
