@JosieHe hated those that kept crying and whimpering about being released, it was like they had forgotten that they had a bigger meaning in what he deemed that would become his masterpiece. A replica of perfection itself, had it only been possible. Such a thing couldnt be molded or created from formable mud, no clay could ever muster the burden that pure perfection emitted through it’s bearer. He was particulary fond of this girl’s eyes, a perfect sea of blue. Her makeup had long been cried away and he was surprised by how her tear ducts could still seem to function. He sat in a chair in front of her, leaning against the back of it as he just watched her. “She’s not that bad looking, is she?” He tilted his head to the side to look at Josie, flashing a smile. “But it’s definitely not good enough,” he said, clicking his teeth as he looked back at the girl, grabbing her chin firmly without the fear that she might bite his hand.

Josie groaned a little impatient as she walked in circles behind him. She was trying to keep calm, but she could hear the rush of blood in the girl's veins, and Zach had said she would have to wait to taste her blood. "She's nothing special," Josie mumbled. Whatever Zach saw in that girl, she couldn't, not right now at least. Today was a weird day; she had tried keeping her hunger down, tried substituting for human food in large quantities, but as soon as she had caught the scent of this girl she had almost lost it. It was very unlike her, but then again, when nature took over it was hard stopping anything. She walked over, wrapping her arms around Zach from behind, letting her arms hang loosely over his shoulder, placing her cheek to his. "What are you thinking mon favori?" she whispered, her eyes looking at the girl he was holding in a firm grip. It would be a lie to say she didn't like seeing their victims like this. No, in Josie's head, they were not victims, they were their muses; at least for a little while.

Her answer made him chuckle as he glanced back at her with teasing eyes, “Am I sensing jealousy in your tone?” He asked with his head slightly tilted. Though he couldnt really imagine Josie ever feeling jealous of these tempoary muses, it wasnt like they stuck around long enough to keep Zach’s attention for long. Sure he loved working them up, but they werent the perfection he sought, so why would he even bother? He smiled as his cousin wrapped her arm around his shoulders, feeling her cheek so close as they both watched the woman who was crying and looking at them in complete confusion and horror. “I only need her eyes to be perfect,” he said with a neutral expression as his lips curled and grew to a rather evil smile. “The rest I couldnt care less about,” he said as he entangled his fingers shortly with his cousin’s, just to give it a small squeeze. He kept looking at the woman in front of them, lifting the hand that had just been entangled with Josie’s to catch a tear on his finger. He lifted the liquid display of emotion to his lips before placing it in his mouth, chuckling at the salty flavour. “I could swear that tears taste like the emotion that triggered them,” he said.

"If I was jealous, I would've slit her throat already," she said, shaking her head before leaning down to embrace him. It was like feeling him close calmed her. Maybe it was the salty scent of his blood underneath his skin, or maybe it was the fact that she didn't have to worry about hiding everything when she was with him. Her eyes, he had said, making her look more intensely at their muse. Tilting her head a bit, rubbing her cheek against his she nodded carefully. She could see it now. Maybe she had just been impatient, but it was mostly because her skin felt like it was itching to do something. The hand didn't give her comfort, it was more of a sign that he seemed about ready to do something with the girl. "They say that the eyes are the window to the soul, so perhaps the tears are the soul leaking out?" Josie said in a pondering tone, standing up once more to move around. She bent forward, grabbing the girl's chin, holding it in place as she studied her face. "You only need her eyes, you say, but look," she said, turning the girl's face upwards, making a whimper come from the victim. Josie brushed it off, not really caring, running her finger along the girl's collarbone. "Look at those bones peeking through - It would be a shame not to use them," she said, smiling before she let the girl go. Folding her arms she looked to her cousin again, raising an eyebrow at him as she seemed to have a thought, but she really wanted to hear him out first.
