| "Dad?" she asked feeling how heavy her entire body was. She couldn't tell if it was from fear or something else. She felt drained. Like she wasn't even strong enough to lift her arms. However she got up. Calla knew where she was, in her special room in the basement. Before she reached the door, she was stopped. Chained to the floor. "What the fuck," she mumbled and frowned a bit. What had just happened? "Dad?" She felt her heart pounding in her chest and felt a bit dizzy. " What is happening? Dad," she mumbled a bit before losing her balance. Calla tried to break the chain, but she wasn't strong enough right now. "What did you do to me?" She almost whispered and closed her eyes. "I don't want to do this anymore. Let me out, please," she begged and looked around in the darkness. "This isn't funny anymore dad." She closed her eyes for a second. " Just let me out of here. Let me the fuck out of here," she yelled the last sentence and let her body heal what ever was in her system. "Impressive," Skye mumbled a little looking at a screen that showed all they needed to know of how Callas body was working right now. Skye had injected Calla with something that slowed down the speed of her healing. To see how far the other ability could kick in. How much could it recover. And now it was time to see how long it would take to remove a curse. Skye handed Kol the spell and crossed her arms. "If she can remove curses, this would be the spell to prove it. You have quite the creature in there." Skye looked through all the files. "My friend Dexter would love this." She narrowed her eyes and waited for Kol to cast the curse.

| Kol listened to Calla’s helpless screams for help. He didn’t care. She had been away and he would have been okay with her roaming around out there. He wanted his creatures to create chaos and she was better at that than any. If she had not talked of her new abilities, she would still be free. Rookie mistake. He had to teach her how to be better. He sighed as she didn’t seem to shut up. At least he knew where she got that from. He looked at Skye as she appreciated his work. ”Every exhibit has a crown jewel,” he said nonchalant. He shook his head when she spoke of Dexter. He didn’t know who that was, but he was not getting his hands on his little monster. ”When he creates something this sophisticated, we can talk. I don’t work with amateurs.”
Kol knew exactly who to curse. If his time had been longer, he would have gotten the real thing instead of this copy, but he would have to make do. Behind him stood a double crib with two young children not more than a few years old. They were random children a desperate drug addict had been willing to sell for enough money. He had used the last couple of days to change their scent and their looks with his magic. They were copies of his grandchildren. Kol took both children and walked to sit them down in front of Calla. ”Let’s see about those new abilities, shall we?” He used the curse on both the babies, making them cry hysterically as their skin was starting to itch and turning red. They were overheating and would die from it if Calla didn’t do anything. ”They will die in about…” He looked a his wrist watch. ”3 minutes and 37 seconds.” He just watched her carefully to see her reaction. ”Clock’s ticking.” The crying became higher from both them as small blisters started to break out on their skin.

| The door opened and she looked hopefully at it. Only to realize how wrong she had been this entire time. The crying made every instinct of her react, and she snarred at her father for his attempt to hurt her children. She hadn't even seen them since right before she died. Calla didn't know what to do, how to react. She felt hopeless. Feeling her body tense up, looking at the babies with flaky eyes. Her eyes looked up at her father when he told them how long they had. She felt breathless for a second. "You are so dead once I get out of here," she raised her voice at him. However her eyes quickly turned back to the crying, she tried to zoneout the noise, but it was just so heartbreaking for her to hear. Calla felt her eyes being filled with tears in frustration. Calla closed her eyes for a second. She needed to handle this like she handled most things, not over thinking it - just by going it. Calla took both babies up and tried to calm them down, as long as they cried - they were alive. She hated that he used them against her, and right now she longed for just tearing him apart. Calla closed her eyes, and just connected with the magic that was surrounding them. She cleanest their bodies, seeing the red skin suddenly seemed to heal - the crying slowly stopped. Then the magic was still there, so what ever was going on - there was more to it. So she kept going, and the one year old babies got their original look back as the curse broke. Calla opened her eyes and frowned by the sight. She looked up at her father. "You are insane - I hope this is worth it," she hissed at him. "I'm gonna kill you. I promise you that, even If I have to follow you all the way to hell and make sure that you stay there.. I will." |

| Kol didn’t seem to be affected by her death threat. He had gotten plenty of them before. It didn’t bother him. It was clear to him now; he would never die. He would always find a way back. Even if she made good of her threat and took his life, his sister would put him right back. He had a holy purpose now. He was untouchable. ”Get in line,” he said with a devilish smile planted on his lips. She was not the first or the last waiting to kill him. Calla’s mother stood in line as well.
He watched her as she tried to stop the curse. She was successful. Not only did she break the curse, she also cancelled out his magic put on the babies. She was threating him again. He walked closer to her, his face only a few inches from hers. ”Are you sure you can do that? You will lose yourself in the process if you try and stand up against me, so think long and hard if it’s worth it to you. Hell is not a bad place for me. It’s my home. So take me there if you insist. I will just come back stronger. I can’t say the same for you.” He forced the babies out of Calla’s arms. ”Feeding time,” he said and stood up. He opened a door and released one of his creations.
It moved out on all four. It looked like it had no ideas and only tracked people by smell. Kol looked at the blond-haired babies in his arms and then over at Calla. He threw one of the babies into the air. The creation stood up on two legs and opened it’s mouth and caught the baby and swallowed it whole. ”Want another?” He threw the other baby as well, the blood squirting all over the place. He wiped a few drops of his face and looked back at Calla. ”Such as shame I didn’t have time to find your real children,” he walked back to the room containing the creature and ordered it back inside and closed the door. ”Thank you for a wonderful presentation. I will come back soon.”

| He forced the babies out of her arm. Using her abilities drained her from energy, energy her body already tried to boost again - but like with everything else - it took time. Calla frowned when he said feeding time. She knew her father was cruel, his actions and words barely shocked her. Her eyes turned to the creature walking in to the room, and she shortly feared she was going to fight it. With her lack of strength at this moment would make it difficult. However she flew up on her legs, when he threw one of the babies into the mouth of the hungry creature. "Dad stop!" She yelled. The last baby cried, it was no news that children felt the emotions in the room stronger than any others. "Stop it!" She yelled when he asked the creature for the last one. "St-" He threw the last child. Blood squirted everywhere, she landed on her face - making her monster like features show in less than seconds. Her eyes darted at her father, and she felt the anger beat around in her chest. His next choice of words made her cry to grab out after him. However he ordered the other creature back in its cell and returned to her. Calla turned around and took a deep breath in. The anger started triggering her transformation, and she felt her bones break. She fell to the ground, if she could feel pain she would have screamed as her entire body changed around. Calla hadn't transformed in years, but she knew the rutine. Despite the longing feeling of transforming she got herself to stop, she didn't want to give him the satisfying feeling of being the one that triggered her. Calla breathed out. "You might come back from hell stronger.. but I come back from this stronger than you have any idea of," she turned around and mumbled a few words to throw a ball of light magic against him. She knew he didn't use light magic, his heart was way to dark to preform any of that sort. And he had bragged about being part demon now, and she wanted to harm him. Or at least show him, that she wasn't going to be pushed around. "Let me tell you how this is gonna go," she took a step forward till the chain around her ancle stopped her. "I'm going to get out of here.. and then I'm never gonna want to see your face again. From now on you are not my father.. you are just a fucked up deranged guy in desprate need of a better hobby." Calla took a deep breath in and threw her arms out to the side. "You better do what you need to do, because you aint gonna get another shot ever again." |

| Kol didn’t stop even though she asked him to. He didn’t care. He had never cared. He was not able to care. He hadn’t cared about her mother, about Calla or her sister. He was just numb from any type of emotion you should be able to feel. Nobody knew why, only him. He had no plan of telling anyone anytime soon. He was not acting out, he had just been turned into this. He was son of the devil, his mother cast him aside and left him to die. If it hadn’t been for the family who treated him horribly. He never had a chance to be anything else than this. A dark chuckle left his lips as she was beginning to transform but managed to stop herself. Impressive. She really had grown quite a lot without him.
He stood still when she cast a ball of magic against him, barely flinching as it hit his arm and started to burn. He too was not that bothered by pain anymore. ”Is this how it’s going to be? Do you know where you would be if it wasn’t for me? You would be boring and ordinary. You would be nothing. I made you who and what you are.” He didn’t care if she didn’t see him as a father. She was just a creation to him. His perfect creation, but a creation nonetheless. ”Flattery is not going to get you anywhere,” he walked closer to her and stood in front of her again. ”Where are you going to go? Do you think there is a place where I won’t be able to find you? No sweetheart, there is no place where you can hide from me. If I want you, I will get you.” He grabbed hold of her jaw and squeezed it tightly although she probably wouldn’t feel the pain from his strong grip. ”Your abilities could be useful to me, but you aren’t. If you will not work with me, you are of no use for me.” He let go of her and instead took at step back just looking at her. ”You are of my blood. I will give you a choice. I can put you at the mercy of my creations and assure you a trip to hell or I can break your soul and then let you go.” It was shit choices, but to him it was fair.

| He walked closer to her, but Calla stood her ground. Now wasn't the time to back down. If she did, she would be lost forever. At this moment Calla knew, she could do down fighting and still be her or she could give up and lose everything she had build. He grabbed her jaw and she sneered at him. Her eyes didn't move away from his, but it wasn't fear like all the other times - it was hatred. She snorted at him and narrowed her eyes in disgust. He gave her a choice. However her reaction was a small laughter. "Are you serious? God, you are so dramatic," she rolled her eyes. "First of all. I've been to hell. If I could make a deal with my oh yeah, dear grandfather once.. I can do it again," she assured. "You want to break my soul? Go ahead, try me, but I will never belong to you. Not now.. not ever," she dared. One thing had changed and that was how she took things. Calla knew who she was now. She already knew what it was like to be tortured, being forced to do things she didn't want to, hell she even knew how death tasted like and how to get someone else in control over your entire body. If she could handle all of that, she could handle what ever his twisted mind could cook up. "But first you should know one thing," she tilted her head a little to the side. "Mum and I might not be on speaking terms, but -" she looked towards the door when Skye collapsed on the floor. "She is still my mum," she added and narrowed her eyes at her father. |

| Kol didn’t bother with her. If she was going to be like this, she could stay down here and wither. He didn’t care anymore. ”So you choose option number three,” he stated and turned his back to her and walked towards the door, but stopped when she spoke of Dove. He turned his head to look back at her for a moment before he saw Skye collapse on the floor. Not this again.
Dove had waited for Calla to come to her, and now she had reached out. She was in danger because of her father. She loved Calla but hated how her father had corrupted her and continued to hurt her. She walked over the passed out woman and into the room. She stared down Kol despite him being taller than her. ”This is enough. If you ever lay a hand on her, I will not only kill you I will make sure you soul will never find any peace. You might survive hell, but you won’t survive me if you ever do anything to hurt my daughters again.” Her tone was calm but her eyes was far from that. She was not letting him near Calla ever again, nor any of her friends. She narrowed her eyes and let a spell floe over her lips, causing him to collapse as well. She took a deep breath to keep her cool before she turned to Calla. She walked to her and freed her from the chains. ”I’ll take care of him. Go find somewhere you know you can be safe. If you want me to, I can come and spell the place to keep him out.” Calla could use magic to, so it was not unlikely she could conjure some spells herself. Dove just had a chance to gather more experience in spells. She had used most of her life studying every type of magic. Next to her parents, she was the most experiences witch in this world. She looked at her daughter again and walked to her, lightly putting a hand on her neck. ”I love you Calla. Please don’t ever forget that, whatever happens.”

| Calla looked impressed shortly when her mother just made her father collapse on the ground with a simple spell. Calla was soon free from the chains and looked around her. This was where she had spent most of her lives, she wasn't even sure her mother knew that part. But it didn't take a genius to know, that she had been here before. The walls were thicker and made of other materials than the rest of the house. Calla listened to her mothers instructions, and gave her a quite nod. They hadn't talked much since that day where Calla had pushed her away. Calla didn't know where to do, but of course a spell could keep a house safe. But she started to worry about everyone else in her life. She had a weakness, and her father knew that. This had been the reason she had pushed people away so Lucifer couldn't use them against her, but when it came down to it - he knew how to get to her. Her mother walked back to her and put a hand on her neck. Calla slightly teared up by her mothers words, but she wasn't going to cry more tears in this basement. It had been all she had dreamed on when she was a kid, that her mother wasn't dead and would come down here to save her from the pain that scared her. "You were right to leave me behind. I know how hard that was for you… but you were right," she then said and exhaled. Calla took a deep breath in and gave her mother a nod. "I love you too," she spoke with a small smile.
"I might know where to go - or I will at least have to give it a try.. but first," she walked out and kicked in the door to the beast that had eaten the children. She needed to take this rage out on something and right now. She didn't hesitate to rip the beat apart. It screamed in pain, she needed to let this out. If she kept it in her heart, it would only turn black. She walked out covered in its blood. "Now I'm ready to go." She walked out of the house. She didn't want to know what his fate was anymore - she just wanted to get away. Far away from there.

| Now was not the time to discuss who was right and who was wrong, so Dove just led her words hang in the air for a moment before they were replaced with new ones. Better ones. She was afraid she had lost Calla to the world, or worse to her father. But now she knew there was still hope for them to fix their relationship. While Calla was taking care of the creature, Dove made Kol ready to transport him away from here. She was not letting him get away with it this time. She found some crystals to help support her magic for the walk she had ahead of her. She was taking him away from the city. She shortly looked at the woman, but ultimately decided to just let her me. She hadn't done anything to her like Kol had. Dove used her magic to lift Kol from the ground and out of the house. "I will see you soon. He won't bother you again." She walked away towards the mountains outside the city.
As she got there she threw him into a cave and started to use magic to seal him there. She used his blood so it only worked for him. Other people could enter and exit the cave as they pleased, but he was sealed inside. Kol woke up as she was finishing up the spells. "You think this will keep me?" His voice and following laugh echoed off the cave walls. "I will get out of here, and then I will come for you and your daughter." Dove looked directly at him through the magic shield. "Yes, my daughter. She should have never been yours. If this will not keep you, I will find something that will. You are not coming near her again." On those words she walked away listening to Kol trying to fight his way through the magic. He couldn't. He might be strong, but she had placed just about every spell she knew of that could keep him from escaping. She went back to her home with the intention of contacting Calla again soon.
