Taking over Southside was perhaps one of the greatest things him and Linus had done in a while, even if there was a lot of hard work that followed so they could bring the city to its prime. Francis knew Linus was ecstatic to being able to bring his shapeshifter back to her home. But right now Francis had heard a rumor about an old friend of his being near the borders of Southside and headed to the city center - rumors did perhaps travel fast. Francis had however no trouble finding the vampire he was looking for, the almost porcelain white skin and the hair that moved like flames whenever she bounced around. "Miss Solovyova," he spoke as he approached her. Wouldn't be surprised if she had smelled him too, "color me surprised to see you around here - but I bet the word travels fast?" The fact that Anthony who otherwise had seen himself as the ultimate crime lord had fallen by the hands of The Phoenix Brothers - see that was some news, especially in the era they were a part of.

"That is a very valid point my love," he pointed towards her with a more amused chuckled then taking his hand down again. Because, who else than him and Linus to stage a thing like this? It had just been a while since they had done something like this in a region of supernatural people. Francis then couldn't help but laugh just a little bit, as he moved a few steps closer towards her, "don't be too offended, I know you've been close by for some time. Just waited for you to get within my radius -" if you believed that. Well, Francis had down to his knees with different troubles or personal issues. That he had tossed aside to built this with his brother, knowing he couldn't outrun what came next - not yet at least. "Want to join me for a drink?" Francis then asked holding his hand out for her to take if she was interested. Besides, sometimes he did just fancy to pick her brain a little on different matters.
