The sound of thunder roamed over the dark night sky, the golden creature flew over the city. The big silhouette shadowed over the large houses, before it made the choice to land on the empty streets. The 6.6 feet tall eagle spread it's wings before she started plucking her wings off one by one. She still wasn't used to the pain, but it became a routine and she dealt with it. As soon as enough feathers were plucked she was able to turn back to her human form. She sat on the cold ground and tensed her jaw. The skin was slightly red from the plucking. Why had she changed in the middle of the Aston, it was a bad idea. She looked up and her eyes might even have looked lost for a second, but she knew what she had to do. Collect the feathers and get away. They were worth a lot, people assumed they had some special abilities. Maya got on her feet and looked around for the feathers, the golden feathers that simmered in the moonlight. The wind teased her, trying to make her fight for the right to get them back. She got a few, but still tried to collect the last few.
